Fast food my… nose. Over ten minutes in the drive thru and not so much as a «sorry for the wait.» The only thing the employees said to us were «$ 5.74» and «Here ya go.» No smile. No acknowledgement of the wait. No eye contact. Nothing. I get that it’s McDonalds, but, com on!
If that wasn’t bad enough, they charge for ice water. Ice. Water. Isn’t that illegal?

I love going to this McDonald’s. They are the only one around that takes my order correctly. Only once we had an issue and that’s with an accidental order mix up. Other than that they are amazing! (:

I go to this McDonald’s every morning, and they always punch in my order without me having to say anything. I like that they are consistent, and really make an effort to remember their customers.

Our drive-​thru order was placed correctly and the receipt was right. But nothing else was:
1) we waited a very long time to get our order despite it being a slow day
2) gave us happy meals with COLD chicken nuggets
3) did not give us the apple juice box we’d ordered with the happy meals.
4) gave us wrong size and kind of soda
5) the girl kept trying to hand us a large bag of someone else’s food, insisting that it was ours despite our protests that we had only ordered 2 happy meals and a soda

Chaotic and unorganized. Service is terrible several orders were placed and filled after we had ordered all they had left was are frys and they were not out we could see it clearly. I enjoy a hot burger not a cold or even Luke warm meal. This place is horrible. Should fire everyone and rehire.

When you order to go check your bag they sometimes forget to give you everything you order or they give you something else. I’ve ordered many times kids meal with apple dippers and they give me fries. I ordered coffee also it was warm and it took about 5 minutes to serve.
