Jack In The Box

Decided to go get lunch through the drive through… The old dark guy with glasses taking our order was such a jerk. There were no cars behind ours in the drive through line but he was rushing us to order, and he made a comment about how we changed our mind and it messed him up! Ok we changed our mind pretty quickly not like we paid and then changed our mind. He had no customer service whatsoever. Seems like he was more interested in the drive thru speed.

I can’t understand all the bad reviews. I just finished eating my delish Chicken Club with curly fries. I ordered late at night via the drive through. Wait was not bad at all. The cashier was very friendly and even upgraded my drink to extra large since they were short staffed that night.

Staff is unprofessional, messy, generally off putting. Restroom was a hate crime with running water, and I’m convinced they mop they’re floor with piss. The food was actually prepared well, and was fresh, go fucking figure, right?

I take my formal review BACK! I went today to get breakfast because I needed to go buy groceries and I regret it sooooo much! I got my order and took it home and to my surprise I see MOLD on my biscuit sandwich. Who serves MOLD!!! How disgusting! I returned to the store mad as hell wanting my money back. All I did was show the sandwich to the manager and he went to speak to the employee who made the sandwich. All I wanted was my money back. He said that it wasn’t moldy it was just a little old. ummm I think I know what BIG GREEN/​BLACK CIRCLES are on bread, MOLD! How dare he and he only wanted to return part of my order. I want ALL of my money back! What makes you think I want to eat the other sandwich coming from a dirty establishment like this. AVOID THIS PLACE! I WILL NEVER RETURN! Such a shame because it used to be good food.

Oh Jack in the Box. Your food always been bad and probably always will be. Usually it gets complimented with poor service. But at this location there it’s a guy working the night shifts and my last three visits he was there. And honestly, he is the reason I’m giving this location 3 stars because he’s doing a pretty good job.
Dude, my advice… don’t stay with Jack, fast food joints should be jumping to have an employee like you, doing awesome.
Back to the food, overpriced and the quality is just not there. Open 24 hours is what keeps then alive.

The lobby looked flawless, we got helped right away, and all our special orders were perfect! This is what a Jack in the Box should be like.

Me and my boyfriend almost always go to this place. The BEST breakfast ever! The only downside is that we wait almost 10 minutes for our food. :/
