I love this place! After having a terrible experience at Car Toys, my girlfriend and I decided to check these guys out. The second we walked through the door everyone was nice and helpful. Our salesman is Abe and he is the best. He has gone above and beyond to make us happy.
Over the last year he has helped us build the system of our dreams for our 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. We built our system one piece at a time. Each time I was approved for awesome interest free financing, given a fair price, and my Jeep has been treated with care. The quality of the installation has been top notch!
We also had them install a security system and are really happy with it. I recommend Outragous Audio to everyone I know. Go in and ask for Abe. I promise you won’t regret it.

I went into outrageous audio yesterday to replace a bunch of equipment that had been taken and destroyed when my vehicle was stolen about a month back. Jorge was the person that greeted me and walked me through picking out all of my replacement parts from start to finish. He helped me find the best parts for the best price and the best alarm system to make sure I wouldn’t have to worry about losing my vehicle again. The entire team there is extremely professional and everyone worked on my car to make sure I was able to get it back that day. Lowest prices and by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Will Definitely recommend to anyone looking for vehicle audio and anti theft equipment.

I bought a new DVD in dash deck today at Outrageous Audio. Brent helped me make it happen. He went out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed to make this happen. I will definitely be recommending this place to everyone I know for all their car audio needs. Thank you Brent for all your help! You went out of your way to make me a repeat customer from this day fourth. I will definitely be back for more equipment!

I always go to Outrageous audio for my car stereo needs. I recently bought a new car so of course needed it to sound good. I bought a sub and amp kit they had on there Facebook sales. Paid to have it installed. The install looks great. Now every once in a while there will be an issue. The installers were great in helping figure out and get it fixed. The issue I had was not the fault of Outrageous Audio, but they were able to fix it and didn’t charge me for the help. Definitely the best place in town to buy stereo equipment. The sales guys are awesome as well. Never pushy and spent a lot of time with me trying to figure out what was best for the car I have and the best way to stay in my budget.

If you’re looking for a professional outfit, this is not the place. That being said, there are a few good, hard-​working people that work there.

They bring you in with there low prices but then charge you twice the cost of the equipment to install it what a joke! $ 400 for the setup and $ 550 to install crazy! Went to car toys and they gave me better equipment with lower install fees and some were included with the price!

Outrageous audio, more like outrageous prices! I saw a set of kicker door speakers there for $ 80 and I got the exact same pair for $ 40 at best buy. Also if you’re looking for subs and an amp, DO NOT GO THERE. They were selling subs that were just ok for $ 400 with amp while you can get even better subs and a better amp for half as much on amazon. Please for the love of god do some research before they scam you with their outrageous prices.

Tom worked with me to cut me a better deal than Fry’s on a well reviewed subwoofer, which is great because Fry’s gives me the heebie jeebies, and I once bought an entire system at Best Buy and had a terrible experience.

I have been doing business with this Outrageous Audio for as long as they have been in business, 20 some years. They have always been honest, helpful and economical. This was the first time in 20 years that I had any difficulty; they install the stereo 2 amps, 2 – 12 inch subwoofers in a custom-​built box, as well as 4 speakers in the doors and back dash. They told me it would only take two hours and it took 4, I provided the 2 amps and the subs and purchased the rest from them. After getting home I realized they had not used the hardware I had provided for the box and they had even busted the corner of the new box I had just purchased from them. You might ask yourself why then would I give them 5 stars well it is because they handled the situation with such grace I almost felt bad complaining. «I have never had a problem with your service in the past» and his reply «you still haven’t» Thank you for keeping me rocking through the years. I will be back at the best stereo store I know of…

After looking at 5 different retailers (online and stand alone stores) I checked Unilocal and thought I’d give them a shot. This place is great. Great product, knowledgable staff and great service. Found a great system and had it installed the next day. So far this has been a great experience. Only thing keeping this place from 5 stars is the crazy pricing on install. Keep it up guys.

We came to Outrageous Audio to replace a DVD player out of our vehicle. After looking at options, we were limited. Staff was superb! They went above and beyond and helped us save some $ in the long run.
Unfortunately, the first DVD player had a manufacture defect, so of course, they replaced it for free. Wiring was loose to where we open our sunroof and it would slide against the wires, we came in again and they fixed it. They have put overall about 15 hours into our car and every single time have been so courteous, willing to help and ready to work on it. We had paid close to $ 800 after everything was said and done– this is with a 13in screen, dual DVD player capability, headphones, plus installation! Abe, who was always there helped us out a lot. Then the manager stepped in and reassured us they would take care of us. For the work that they do? 5 stars! Their top notch! They a deserve raises!

Sales staff was great and honest. I bought some stuff and had it installed the next day. The installation was a bit expensive but it came out looking and sounding great. Overall I paid nearly $ 400 for the new unit ($ 88) as well as installation (had my old amp put in too). I’ll probably go back to get an alarm/​remote start system put in at some point.

Awesome customer service! They were very friendly and worked within out budget. I would highly recommended this store!

Here’s my two cents. After a keyless entry was installed in my bmw i had a non related electrical short that cut power to the device. my car being a stick i had opted out of the remote start. Your workers looked at for at least an hr no charge. Referred me to an electrical mechanic nearby who saved my car from being parted out. Lastly i took it back and your guys took another hr getting it going no charge. That kind of service is non existent in business these days. I can almost guarantee i would have been charged labor if i had it installed at any other store. Price was good upfront with no hidden fees. So honesty and aftercare us the way to get and KEEP customers. I wont let my friends or family spend money anywhere but your store.

Came here around a year ago when they had some type of sell. They were giving out 2 free speakers, which I took advantage of. The free speakers were ok and we’re definitely better than the factory ones my old car had. I also bought a subwoofer package. It includes the wiring, a 12′ sub the box and an amp. It seemed like a great deal. Store was busy that day but one of the guys still managed to help me out.
I didn’t expect to see Blane at the store, but after a while he just popped out. I didnt talk to him but it was nice seeing the owner at the store.
I just got a new car, one that I’m not wanting to mess with, so I will eventually be buying a complete system from Outrageous Audio and having it installed.
One thing that would be nice, even though it is hard, would be to add more products to your website. I live around 30 – 45 minutes away so it’s not that convenient to drive that much just to get an idea of what I want. Website could also use an updated interface since it looks like the late 90’s early 00’s. Other than that, keep it up! Hope to talk with some of you on Facebook to get an idea of what I need for my car.

Just as a clarification, I usually do all my own car audio work. However, I have a 2013 FR-​S that I didn’t want to deal with installing audio in. First impression was very good as I had a guy greet me and figure out exactly what i wanted to put into my car in the way of new subs, box, amp and front speaker install. He gave me a very good quote but I wasn’t going to go through with it that day, he said to come back and ask for him.
Long story short I ended up getting 2 10″ subs in a sealed box with a 600watt rms amp + INSTALL of everything and front speakers for around 600 dollars.
The job was very cleanly done, I did have to get some double-​sided velcro to keep the subs from moving when driving aggressively. You WILL need to fine tune the amp and head unit yourself if they are busy. When they were done installing it, the bass boost was all the way up on the amp and the head unit was tuned to max on treble. Sounded terrible, but after about 15minutes of tuning it myself and a week of breaking it in, it sounded perfect. Other than the tuning issue I love the service and the install.

Well… I was going to write an email and keep this private, but guess what? No email address. So here you go.
I called yesterday about my car, as the speaker was cutting in and out. They said if I swung by they could squeeze it in. I told them I live downtown, and couldn’t wait for a 3-​hour window. Well, they said, make an appointment for the next day and it will take 45 minutes, tops.
Great! So I did.
I showed up, and was told they were backed up. How long would it be? I figured 15 minutes maybe. Nope. A few hours.
I get two days off a week. I said I could not wait that long. He said «well, let me know.» I was not given an apology. I was pretty surprised, so I didn’t question it or anything. I just said «OK, thanks,» and left.
I drove a 30-​minute round trip for nothing, with no apology, after explicitly saying I needed an appointment to avoid waiting multiple hours.
I will not be back, ever.
Also… I told them on the phone yesterday I also wanted speakers and a deck in the future. Guess where I will absolutely not be purchasing them from?
Avoid this place if you want to be treated with respect.

I have been coming here for over 5 years and had no issues I go through vehicles all the time they have installed some sort of system (subs and amp always, sometimes decks DVD navigation, blue tooth w back up cameras, I have brought a 06 ford f350,09 scion, 07 4runner, 04 jeep, 11 f350, and even had them build me a boom box out of a cooler! Was everything perfect no, shoot that’s a lot of work its electronics we are human and make errors, but the errors were very limited and if there were issues I will come back and say something, if they don’t handle it and back up the work then I go and give them a accurate review on customer service. But that was not the case, anytime if I had anything that didn’t work they fixed it right away with no questions asked. So with that said that’s no issues and 100% customer satisfaction !
As a business owner I know how it is to get crappy reviews from clients that don’t tell you the problem and do not give you a chance to fix it and prove to you that they are in fact a stand up business and care for there customers .
I refer people to them all the time and have yet to here a complaint back.

Have been coming here for audio needs now for almost 20 years. Have always had good service, good prices and good follow up. That is quite a few stereos and cars later!!!
Last stereo I got is a pretty fancy one with a lot of bells and whistles. Needless to say I’ve had to run it back in and had to have them either explain or tweak the operating system to make it work with my iPhone 5 properly. They’ve done it all at no charge and have been super nice about it.
Will have no problem coming here when I need another stereo down the road. They save me money and do a great job. (Sorry that you have to drive to Gresham…)
