First time being here. Went with a few friends. The employees didn’t seem very happy or enthusiastic. I get that the food is at a cheap price so I wasn’t expecting much. But when you order fries and there is 0 salt on then I was pretty underwhelmed. Burger was good but nothing to write home about. Might give it another try but doubtful. All in al it was barely a step up from fast food, if not a step down in some aspects.

I got the delux burger combo $ 6.75 I think First thing I noticed walking in is that the place could definitely use some redoing with electrical fixurning which completely killed the atmosphere they’re attempting to create. Place was clean but looked messy. Service was bland. Guy took my order while he was on phone, no greeting no thank you. Meal came within 5 minutes Food was okay maybe worth $ 4.15. Came with drink but only drink available was water or lemonade because only soda water was coming out of the fountains. Would have complained but I didn’t expect to get any kind of reimbursement for at least the drink.

One of the saltiest chicken strips I’ve ever eaten, horribly bad fries. I can’t say anything good about this place.

QUALITYFASTFOOD, made with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. ordered a wimpy cheese with mushroom, it was split in half because it was too big to pick up without giant hands. as I listed in my «burger bite» photo, it took me about 4 bites to get across the center of the burger. it was well-made and neatly organized, with an oversized soft sesame bun and a thin, monster patty. fresh-cut veggies: mushrooms, tomato, lettuce… the onion was super fresh and had some good bite. I haven’t had tater tots in a while so I did a substitution on the fries and the tots were great and NOTSALTED which some reviewers complained about but frankly, I think we should ALL be salting our own fries… there were salt shakers everywhere. that way you always get your preferred salt level. they brought my tray out to me which I thought was nice. prices super reasonable. the young man that was helping me was having some trouble with the register before he was unceremoniously brushed aside without a word(by his Dad, I can only assume, who completed the transaction.) Basic«Hot Rod» /Corvette Diner /In And Out throwback décor with black and white checkerboard wall tiles. a few ants were competing for scraps at the trash can but otherwise place was pretty clean. I’ll certainly return, maybe I’ll try those chicken strips or a shake that everyone is raving about!

The food is really good! The place is a cute little hole in the wall with a traffic light to boot. The quality of the food is great. And the owners are always very courteous and very pleasant. My fav of course is the coney dogs no beans like a real coney dog! The chicken in the basket is also very delicious! And it’s perfectly priced! It’s soon going to be a once a week type place for me!

First time going, I was excited. I got a small milkshake, chocolate made with hersheys syrup, onion rings battered, not breaded, and the whimpy burger,½ pound. I almost died devouring everything. No one could finish their burger in one sitting. I ate the rest of mine at 3 in the morning. So yummy! Everythings made to order, and you can get it to go. I will defintly be back here! :D

Their chicken strip basket with curly fries is soooo good. Well worth the money. Prices are good. We will for sure be back to try other menu items.

I met Cindy(the owner) at my place of work and she become one of my good clients. She told me about her diner and I inquired about its location and decided to come in and try. The food is made to order, so it does take a little bit of a wait, which I didn’t mind because Cindy is inherently friendly. Her husband, who took our order, was also very friendly! That and the food comes out hot and fresh! DELICIOUS. I swear that I ate my burger in like 20 seconds. I INHALEDIT and my fries so fast that I missed it when it was gone. For some reason, I felt a sense of nostalgia when I was eating the burger like I was transported back to my childhood in California when I always used to eat at authentic diners. The burger is juicy and full of flavor and just the right size. The fries are fresh and hot. You can tell they cut them directly in the kitchen. My husband and I both ordered a «Lil John combo» which entails a burger with added ham, egg and bacon as well as fresh cut fries and a drink. Our total for two combos was about 16 bucks. This place is quite a ways away from where I live but we’ll soon be returning!

We love going to smaller family owned businesses like Annies. The burgers and fries are delicious, so are the corn dogs. We’ve been going there for years. Good food, good prices.

For a great Hamburger try this place. Fries are fresh cut, hamburger patty is hand made not frozen. I would suggest trying the Wimpy burger with fries

Great food, amazing milkshakes! The drive through is the most ghetto drive through you will ever come across. It’s so bad it’s funny and you have to experience it to understand. Other than that and the sometimes under cooked fries, I love this place.

Nice family owned place. Tasty, well prepared burgers. Soft fresh sesame seed buns with the perfect amount of spread, crisp lettuce, red ripe tomato, tangy pickles and onion. These burgers came to our table looking better than the ones on other place picture menus! The fries looked great but were a little under done and had a strange smell(perhaps from the oil?). Not inedible but just odd. Another Unilocaler said they were like In-N-Out fries which I can see but they don’t taste the same. The onion rings on the other hand have a fantastic crunchy batter with tender onion inside. Not the crumbly breadcrumb type but real battered rings. Once bitten, the whole onion never pulled in one piece to slap your chin with hot oil either. What can I say, I’ve had a few onion ring experiences in my life. The other notable menu item is the shakes. Made with real ice cream in a variety of delicious flavors. Don’t miss out on those! The strawberry was really good and seemed to be made with real fruit. Great place that’s been in Gresham for 16 years.

Holy Moly. I wanted a good burger, and I got a piping hot, to drool for deluxe cheeseburger in 5 minutes. I am definitely coming back for the burgers. Cheaper than mcdonalds burgers AND this good? Yes please. Not impressed with their fries(similar to in n out fries which I don’t like), but that doesn’t matter to me, I just wont get them next time. Next time I come ill try their popular coney dogs and update my review! So I tried their coney dog and it was pretty darn good! I’ve never tried a coney dog, and am not a big fan of mustard, but it isn’t a real coney dog without it! I don’t think I would get it again since their burgers are so darn good, but I’d still recommend them!

If you want the real thing go to Roakes on Mcloughlin. I’ve been going to Roakes since I was a kid and Annie’s is a knock off. Imitation is the weakest and crappiest way to make a dollar. Worst hotdog I’ve ever eaten. I will be a loyal Roakes customer till the day I die.

There long hot dogs(forgot the name) are delicious. There prices are very reasonable and their farmer Jon burger is huge but very scrumptious(:. I recommend it to anyone.

Annie’s is the perfect little diner place to grab a really good burger, hotdog, or milkshake! Owners seemed to know every person that came in personally. Loved that. Chicken strips and burger had amazing flavor. Onion rings were amazing as well. Fries were alright after putting some salt on them.

This is a good place to get an all-American burger. They come out piping hot and have all the condiments you expect on a burger. I also got chocolate malt which was superb. They do charge extra for drink refills but you really can’t blame them.
