Meadowland Apartments

This apartment offers all the features that an apartment should come with.
The good. First, the leasing agent named Cross and his assistant are fantastic! I mean they really are fantastic, which is a rare. Their maintenance crew is pretty good too. The apartments? They are nice, spacious, and well kept. They are all 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, with around 800 square feet. Priced from $ 725 – 800 at the time of this review. They have full washer and dryer machines in the apartment, no having to pay and wait for your laundry, which is nice! Pet friendly, deck or patio, and extra storage if you need it. They have an outdoor pool for the summer and the place is kid friendly. Yet, it’s not overrun with uncontrollable kids running about doing whatever they want. Also, many of the residents are long time residents and overall people are pretty friendly.
The bad. First, the Portland Gun Club is right behind the apartments, and they practice a thing called skeet shooting where they shoot clay disk. How much will this annoy you? Well, that depends, the apartment complex is fairly well sized and so it depends on which apartment within the complex that you select. Unless you are right against the fences, you probably won’t hear them indoors and anyway hardly notice it all anymore. The other bad things is parking, each apartment gets only one assigned parking area, and the other person has to either parking in a visitor spot (often taken near me) or you have to park on the street. However, overall it’s a LOT easier than downtown. Yes, this is outer SE, not inner SE but given the alternative I’d rather save $ 400 a month any day.
