MetroKids is one of the Joyful Noise centers. In my opinion, this center is second to none! I have been in centers where money was more of a priority than the children. You won’t see that at MetroKids! Everything is done with the children’s best interests in mind. Because Joyful Noise pays higher than average wages and provides a positive work environment, teacher turnover rate is a lot lower than you’ll find else in early childhood. Joyful Noise focuses on providing children with positive reinforcements and redirections. Children are taught the social skills they need for life, and are given tools to manage their strong emotions and peer conflicts. I highly recommend looking into ANY of the four Joyful Noise centers!
