Found a bright spot in medicine today. My Husband needed an ultrasound to determine if he had a DVT. His Dr’s office said to go right over to the ER. Took a chance and went to the Zoom+Super on NE Grand. So Glad we did! Amazing care, had the equipment necessary to make the diagnosis (it was a clot) and was given great help with follow up care. This was done within 90 minutes and cost us $ 299 dollars (it would have cost 0, but our insurance was out of network.) Thank you Dr. Zeitzer! The only way I’ll ever go to a traditional ER again is by ambulance. If you can drive to NE Grand, likely you’ll save a grand, hours of time and receive great care too!

I should say up front that I love the ZoomCare model, have been using it for years, and want to see more convenient, customer-​centered healthcare places on this model. I’ve never had a bad experience ther before. However, the appointment I had with Dr. Mark Zeitzer at the ZOOM+Super facility was terrible.
I don’t know whether he treats all his patients this way, but he was rude and condescending, and he did not listen to me or respect my wishes — basically, he is the opposite of everything I like about ZOOMCare. The other staff I encountered at the location seemed generally kind and competent, so it may just be one bad doctor, or it may be that ZoomCare is good at attracting quality practitioners of every other kind but cannot offer the kind of money/​prestige decent MDs expect; I don’t know, but I will be very wary of going to another ZoomCare MD.

1) Online booking. You don’t have to call in and meander through a phone system to schedule an appointment. I fired up my laptop after a restless night at 9 AM, and booked an appointment for 12 PM.
2) No wait. Same day appointments, as suggested from above.
3) I deliberately chose a small ER facility rather than one affiliated w/​a large hospital system because I suspected they would treat me better than larger facilities could.
I came in to treat a very uncomfortable and unpleasant illness. Dr. Miller was extremely gentle, patient, and took his time making sure that my pain and discomfort were minimized. This is a treatment that I’ve had 7 times prior with various doctors, and this was by far one of of the most positive experiences I had. The ZOOM+ staff was great, and they made sure I was taken care of. I have a lot of confidence and trust in Dr. Miller and ZOOM to properly treat me as well as listen to all of my concerns and preferences. THANK YOU!

This is the place you should go!!! My boyfriend dislocated his kneecap and we went to the ER only to be sent home with ice & a brace. The next day we went to Zoom. From the moment we walked in the door, we knew it was going to be a good experience. The music playing was great. It wasn’t a staunchy conventional Urgent Care or Dr’s office vibe. My boyfriends insurance company doesn’t work with Zoom. Huge bummer. They saw him anyway and we paid the standard self-​pay rate which was VERY reasonable. We were there for almost 2 hours and the staff was awesome! So patient with him and trying to help us leave satisfied. I would recommend Zoom to everyone! It’s so easy to make an appointment right on your phone on your way there! Thank you Dr Miller & to the other two on your team that night for making our first Zoom experience so pleasant!!!
