I’m a musician and show producer here in Portland and I’ve tried a lot of different places over the years none of which have been very great but then I found Minutemen Press. Easily the best in town! They’re quick and amazing. They work with me when I have deadlines for posters and are always friendly and professional. All around the best printer in Portland, I’m never getting my posters done anywhere else!

After having a not so awesome experience getting our save the dates online we decided to have our wedding invitations printed locally. This was one of the closest places to our house and after reading the reviews we thought we would give it a try.
Sam was very helpful! He assisted us with picking out a good paper and they had lots of choices. We had concerns about a color printing right and it turned out beautifully. The test print was ready for our approval in just over a day and the actual printing job was finished so quick!
The invitations turned out beautifully and we got them so quick plus the price that we got them for was more than awesome and I felt like we were really valued there. We plan to go back with all of our other printing needs.

Had a small bunch of Christmas calendars I needed in two days. Originally, they couldn’t do it, so I settled on a later date. Thankfully, I got a call before my original due date saying they’d finished early. Thanks!

The team at here were a life savior. I did not receive a wedding program that I ordered online for my wedding. I ended up making one and taking it in the day before my wedding and they were able to find the exact paper that matched our invitation and also made adjustments to the color of the program to make it match. I wrote a Memoir and wanted it printed locally. I received five-​star assistance from LeighAnn Price and Sam Vaughan. They were always courteous and professional. They welcomed my questions, took my phone calls, made incredible suggestions about the layout, and tailored the finished product into a nice piece. Their knowledge base and technical skills were always evident. Somehow they took my humble manuscript and made it look good! I highly recommend them.

I went through my bin of photos… old and new… all different sizes… and they made me 5 calendars for 2016. They reproduced the photos to the same size, with great clarity, and the calendars will make wonderful gifts! The cover of the calendar is bland though .not sure if I could have given a snazzy photo for the cover, or not. Team was extremely helpful and they did a great job!

Not so happy with them. They printed the wrong files then were slack about getting it right and getting the job completed on time. I had five small print jobs for which they charged a reasonable rate of $ 130. However, they printed the wrong files despite my approval to print only on the correct ones. They offered to quickly reprint them. Fine.
Because I was going out of town, I said I didn’t need them the next day, but would pick them up upon my return on Monday. When I called on Monday, they weren’t ready but they assured me they would be ready on Tuesday at 8 am. When I called on Tuesday, I was told maybe by the end of the day.
There seemed to be no acknowledgement that they had screwed them up in the first place and that I was having to drive there twice. This is both an inconvenience and a waste of gas. Only when I expressed my displeasure was I told that they would speed it up. They did call an hour or so later to say that I could pick up the job.
All of this might have not warranted a negative review. However… There was a minor mistake in one of the files that was due to my oversight. With or without this error, they were going to have to reprint this rack card. I thought since they were going to have to reprint anyway, I would take the opportunity to correct the error. I figured they would charge me very reasonably for it, if at all, since (1) they were going to have to reprint it anyway, (2) it was still part of the larger job, and (3) they screwed up the original order.
But, no, they charged me $ 43 for it, claiming that they had to cut the cards, and that before the cutting price was spread over ALL the cards. Uh, didn’t you have to set up the cutter for the four OTHER cards you had to reprint due to your own error? Weren’t you going to have to reprint that card whether I changed it or not? Didn’t I lose time from my day and spend my gas money to drive across town to pick these up AGAIN?
I hesitate to leave a negative review because, of course, I am also a business owner and they could retaliate. But, oh well. I think people should know about poor customer service. It’s not the mistake; it’s how it was handled!

Steve Ryan and the rest of the team at Minuteman Press are fabulous! I use them for a variety of different pieces for my business, and they are always on top of the process and do a great job every time. Once, we needed some door hangers within 48 hours, and the team was able to get them done and delivered to us in time to spare. They also have a great graphics team that can help out on design. I highly recommend them!

I just had an amazing experience working with Anna at the SE location!!! She helped me put together a rush job on a look book. Anna was so nice to me and answered all of my questions. She made the book happen even after I had her add more pages at the last minute. The quality of the book binding and prints were fantastic. I will be visiting them for all of my future projects.

My printer choose to stop working on me in the middle of printing my resume. *jaw drop* wth. I have an interview in an hour. I needed a resume and I needed it fast. I drove up, ran in, and I wish I had gotten her name, but was in such a rush to make this interview time I didn’t get it. I handed her my flash drive, and she had copies made for me in under 10mins! Out the door, back in traffic and singing to Pandora.
Great quality paper. Great service! Super fast!

Then, a few months later, I needed their services again when I wanted to surprise my friend with a birthday cake in the shape of her favorite game. They again over at Minuteman Press were amazing. They took my flash, and helped me scale and get the perfect angles and measurements for me and my cake mission. I’d be able to carve & design the cake TO SCALE with COLOR for under $ 7 !
OH. and yeah, that was also for 4 color copies!
I walked away with these prototypes in the perfect protective sleeve. I was impressed. Maybe because it was such a special occasion with a cake (its what I do) for someone special to me, or that the customer service gal was really taking the time to get a feel for what I was making so she could make the correct adjustments and stuff. I want to say Katie was who helped me, but really don’t know for sure. I’ve been in a few times for ‘odds & ends’. You can make your own copies with no assistance with ease at front. Its pretty simple.
Everyone there is always helpful when I stop by. I like getting my fancy pants bond printer paper there and pens.

These guys are still the best! They have done a bunch more projects for me, always on time and within or under budget. They communicate good, are centrally located and will deliver to my place of business or home. Can’t say enough good things!!!

We use these guys for our small local business and have loved every experience with them, so I knew I would use them for a tiny order of baby shower invites and of course they turned out amazing. Great price, great quality, great printing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a printing service!

I sent these guys half-​finished art on a Monday afternoon. They patiently walked me through two proofs, fixed my obvious (and not so obvious) errors in their art department, and BROUGHT me the finished product on Friday morning.

Speedy, quality, affordable! What’s not to like?
I’ve gone to them for small jobs with some regularity and have always been pleased with their service.
After a frustrating experience with a graphic designer who blew through two deadlines and was more than six weeks late with my wedding invitations, I insisted on using Minuteman figuring that I’d have them sooner even if I had to pay more. The designer was offering a quote from a cheap place they liked to use, but I’d have to wait for printing and shipping.
Minuteman unwittingly swooped in and saved the day with surprise same day service and better pricing than the quote from the other «cheap» place!
I say unwittingly because I didn’t give them my sob story and didn’t beg for speed, they were just that fast. I approved my proof at lunch and had my invites by 3:00! I wasn’t expecting them for a day or two. So happy!
I went from feeling like a bridezilla to giddy with joy in one afternoon, thanks Minuteman!
