These guys have computer models with data that drives what your system can achieve! My roof faces south-​southwest and will still produce great numbers on average year round. Was blown away this October when we got many sun days. Shawn my initial contact was great (NO PRESSURE). Really, the product can sell itself. This isn’t like a time-​share sales pitch. They will show you all ranges of system sizes and what they can do for you, and walk away. In my opinion, the 14 panel system is the true sweet spot where you can get all the refund-​rebate-​Obamacare-​Energy trust Oregon-​well fare-​assistance you can get, and own your own system for around 2 to 3 grand. Me? I went with a 26 panel system that has a pay-​off around 7 – 8 years. Plan on a couple of days for install, another appointment with the county building inspector and one more with PGE to put your new multi-​directional meter in. Everything else is turn key. You do nothing. Over-​all experiance = 11 out of 10 SUNRUN is awesome and I own my own system which added over $ 10,000 to my appraised home value.

Couldn’t be more thrilled with the experience. They have great customer service and my solar system was installed in about 1.5 days. They take care of everything and update you throughout the process. My solar system will pay for itself in 4 years with the tax credits and bill savings alone. Highly recommend.

Initially had a good experience. The person who came to do the consultation was helpful, as was the person who did the site assessment. Was told everything looked good. Three weeks and lots of missed connections with their support staff and I am told we don’t meet the criteria for the grants and good bye. No discussion of other options, nothing. Would not recommend them.
