Had a really bad experience here. Immediately after them washing my lab, she started itching. It has gotten much worse over a couple weeks. The only thing that has changed in routine was going to this groomer. She also cut my two small dogs and they looked awful. Now my lab has sores all over her body. Her fur is falling out in chunks. I called but they wouldn’t give me any information and refused to take the blame. I wanted to know the shampoo they used on her and they said «regular shampoo». That could mean anything? Very upset. Please don’t have them groom your dogs.
