Mr. Electric

Recently had an electrician come out and look at the power outage in my garage. He had some suggestions interspersed with a bunch of «I don’t know what to tell ya“‘s. Umm, if I am going to pay $ 200 + for your services, you had BETTER send someone who KNOWS EXACTLY what to tell your customers. Just sayin’.

Awesome service! The electrician was prompt, cleaned up after his work, and friendly. Kristina in the office did a great job getting me an appointment in a pinch. Thanks again!

Tell me how many electric companies would do this? I called for service and the lady was so nice on the phone, she first had me do a few tests with breakers and buttons. That worked. They didn’t get the call for service due to this but they will in the future without a question. Family owned and nice as can be. Hard to find in this faceless world today

We had a dishwasher installed by a plumbing company, only to find out the power was 4 inches too short. The plumber could not do the electrical work, so at 4 pm on the day before a holiday he put us in touch with Mr. Electric. Mr. Electric came just after 5 pm and brought everything under the sink up to code. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and I would call again because I know it’s going to be done right and they will stand by their work. I really appreciate the fact that he took a lot of time after hours, on the day before a holiday so I could take advantage of the 48 hour warranty on my dishwasher!

I came home tonight to a chirping smoke detector, so I changed the battery. All of a sudden all the other smoke detectors started chirping and going off intermittently!!! I called them at 6:15 on a Friday night and within an hour they were at my door and solved the problem within 10 minutes. I did have to replace the smoke detectors and it was a little pricy, but there is no way I could have solved this on my own. And they did work with me to get the cost as low as possible.
This is not the first time I have used their service and they are always professional, courteous, and quick. For the peace of mind that I will have working smoke detectors that won’t chirp/​go off randomly, the price was fair.
From the receptionist who answered my desperate call to the electrician who came out, they ware all incredibly friendly and helpful.
I would recommend this company to any one of my friends or family!

Scheduled the appointment a week out to get a quote.
Called me after I left work early to tell me that there would be a fee to give me a
quote because of the distance.
After trying three to get me to agree to the fee without knowing the amout, He told me it would be a $ 325.00.
I only live 45 min outside of portland.

$ 700 quote to install 3 customer provided thermostats, a rate of $ 35 per wire nut. Comes to your house, puts down a doormat, and then takes 30 minutes to come up with an condescendingly offensive sales presentation and quote rather than doing the work.
