Residential multiple small tree removal and stump grind. First crew was unbelievably disappointing. Didn’t trim down limbs before dragging thru rose bed and down the side of the house — damage to both. I sent them away before stump grinding began. Estimator (Diane) immediately called back/​came out — very apologetic and determined to satisfy me. I was impressed until several days later my neighbor showed me where the first crew set a gas can in his newly sodded yard that killed the grass. Then he told me he cleaned the machine grease drippings from the street in front of his driveway. I’m giving them an OK rating because the second crew was very careful and Diane made every effort to leave me satisfied.

I use Mr. Tree for both work and home. They do great work, pricing is always fair, always provide arrival times, and then arrive on time. This is my preferred tree care company. Thanks for the many years of excellent service!

Just had Mr. Tree come and trim back my Japanese Maple which was just getting too big. We were referred to them by a man my husband works with. These guys are great! They did in about 45 minutes what would have taken my husband and a friend hours to do. The price was great. Dion, Matt and Julio were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend that if you need any kind of tree trimmed, call Mr. Tree first

The guys who came to do the work were fine, but Diane is not a good communicator!
She came, gave a quote and a date, period. She didn’t say what time they would come (7 a.m.) or mention grinding the stump. When I asked, she said ok, they’d come back to do it. Again, no explanation that folks from the city have to come look give your site the ok first. Then the stump grinder came, and only ground the stump to the surface – no use at all, if you want to plant anything where the tree was! I would not use Mr. Tree again.

My husband spoke with Diane regarding a dangerously huge walnut tree in our front yard. She gave him a quote for a trim, but also told him about another company that might want to buy the tree from us for furniture production. It turns out they did want the tree, so we’re getting the whole thing removed for free and they’re paying us on top of it!
Service like this is rare, and it shows an incredible level of genuine care for people that is refreshing. Thank you, Diane!

We have over 100 foot fir tree that needed a trim. To add to the problem we have a fence that surround it plus a play structure. These guys did a wonderful job. They were on time and left our place cleaner than when they arrived. This was not a simple job. They are now our «go to» people when ever we need a tree trim. You guys are the Best!
