Friendly people, the space is nice, and they have massages, accupuncture, and a new exercise machine that kicks my… Eight minutes total workout, whew! I get their protein shakes, hot tea and aloe and feel great the rest of the day. I agree with the other reviewer, good vibe too. Oh and they have a small space for kids to play with toys, there which is great for toddlers.

A great place to hang out, get a quick healthy meal. My favorite flavor shake? I haven’t had one I didn’t like. Strawberry banana? Snickers?

I know the owners of the nutrition center and am pleased to say that they’ve brought a great establishment to the neighborhood.
There are healthy options here for everyone. Their staple product is Herbalife shakes which they serve by the glass along with an assortment of yeas. Protein shakes not your thing?
They also offer yoga classes at a very decent rate ($ 8-​$ 12 per class) and massage therapy. Plus they have a personal fitness room where you can meet a trainer for some serious one-​on-​one time.
The best part about the nutrition center, in my opinion, is the community vibe they are trying to encourage. There’s great hang out apace here with free wifi so feel free to drop by and stick around for awhile.
