North By West Studio

I met Jon and Rachel when they did engagement photos for me and my now husband. We felt comfortable during the shoot and had a lot of fun shooting at a few different locations. We decided to choose North by West Studio for our wedding photos as well. So happy with the decision! The whole wedding party had a blast during photos (even in 90 °F in suits and long dresses)!
Pre-​wedding festivities, my husband and I met up with Jon and Rachel to go over styles of photography (they are well-​versed and know their way around it all) and different aspects we liked and dis-​liked about everything we found on Pinterest together. Of course, we wanted them to use their developed skills and experiences and put their own unique spin on everything. Our photos turned out fantastic! My husband and I could not have asked for more. They also had the finished photos to us only 10 days after the wedding! A turnaround time like that for well over 250 edited and fully completed wedding photos is practically unheard of. I am thrilled!
I highly recommend North by West studio. Jon and Rachel are friendly, reliable, talented, have vision for and flexibility during the shoot. They are experienced, well-​versed, and have fun doing what they love and have a passion for – perfectly capturing the moment and memories for a lifetime.
Bonus feature: Rachel has her own alterations business and altered my wedding dress at half the cost of the places I had been looking into! Very happy I learned about Rachel’s Alterations before I went somewhere else. Keep her in mind if you are on the hunt for some professional and skillful alterations!

We love them! My finance and I did our engagement shoot with North by West Studio. We were nervous since we are both camera shy, but the team made it fun and easygoing. They made sure they understood what we wanted. They guided us through the photoshoot, it was easy to be ourselves. The photos turned out amazing! They captured our personalities very well!
