Just a final notation: The final bill will include $ 170 to have the carpets professionally cleaned, even if you had them cleaned professionally yourself. And if you don’t clean up the apartment enough upon final move out, they’ll charge you another $ 60 for that so don’t expect much back from your initial security deposit.

We’ve lived her for a little over a year, and it’s great. In my experience the community is mostly quiet and polite – people mind their own business. The apartment is super well insulated so that it stays cool in summer and warm in winter. Management and maintenance have always been polite, professional, and addressed all matters speedily. Really, I don’t have a single complaint to make about this place.

We moved in here when we sold our house in Idaho. The master bedroom was a great size, layout wan’t bad. Liked that they had their own seperate laundry room in the back, away from the bedrooms. The neighborhood wasn’t bad and I didn’t have any issues with idiot neighbors. Price was affordable. Wish they had a hot tub or pool, but just the way it is.

The other reviewer that said they take your whole deposit is telling the truth. I lived there for over a year, always paid rent on time, had no pets, took really good care of the apartment and left it much cleaner than when we moved in. We were charged on top of them taking our full deposit. I usually get my deposits back, too. When we moved in, there were several issues. The refrigerator didn’t work at all! We had to throw away our perishable food upon moving in. The electric fireplace was broken, there were holes in all of the screens, which led to bugs getting in, even though we asked for them to be replaced. The main bath had no shower diverter. In the winter, the ceiling leaked and led to one of my pictures falling off the wall, which broke the frame. Glass everywhere. They patched it up eventually, but it took them a while. In the spring, our kitchen was INFESTED with ants. They were literally everywhere. We asked for them to be taken care of, and they gave us two ant traps that did not solve our problem. I had to take all of my dishes out of the cupboards and exterminate them myself. There were many other issues, but we kept paying our rent early or on time and always kept the place clean. It is honestly just sad that they take every cent they can from you and more. I feel like after all my trouble,(lost groceries, damaged property, cohabitation with ants) they should have at least given me half of my deposit back.

Seemed nice, but they don’t accept. small pets in a cage, so I can’t rent there. No idea, but just an FYI for you other renters out there looking for a new(overpriced) rental. :-)

We have lived here for about 7 months or so with our dog. We love living here! Sure you can hear people once in a while, but it is an apartment. Its MUCH quieter then any apartment we have ever lived in. I wish the parking was a little better but it works out fine. I love the park in the back and feel safe walking around the area at anytime. The office people and the«fix it» guys are amazing! Very nice! When I go to pay rent my dog goes in with me for some attention and they are so sweet to her. We are very happy with our apartment– the layout is great and large, huge balcony, huge kitchen, bathrooms are roomy, when we looked at it we were pleased with how large and roomy it was. Very light and easy to air out. We would recommend this apartment to anyone. The best part is the neighbors are wonderful and very friendly.
