Love their customer service! Every time I order over the phone, they make it a breeze. Always quick to email, and even over night shipped me an extra sign when we forgot to order a fourth one at NO CHARGE. Love that in a company.

A+++++++ — I work for a small local business — we have many small projects. Its easy to push us to the side and focus on their big businesses they work with. But they treat me as important as any other customer. The patients, attention to detail, and customer service is all top notch.
I come in about once a year — but the still remember and act as if I am a regular that comes in more often. Highly recommend for all your printing needs.

I needed blueprints… stopped in here, and walked out with everything I needed within minutes, at a cost of mere pennies compared to what the Big Stores quoted me. Wonderful experience. I will be returning!

I had a bunch of family records sent to me when my father died, suddenly requested by other relatives. They were on long, taped together pieces of paper, odd sizes of paper, handwritten, hard to read. OBP sent me across the street to their other office at 825 Hawthorne, where a woman named Anita helped me. She asked questions about what I wanted and asked me to leave the papers with her. When I picked them up, I found she had sorted through, grouped things and labeled them, put everything in order, adjusted darkness for legibility, the kind of thing you would hire someone to do, not expect when you are just paying for print copying. The great long taped together ones were on single, long pieces of paper. I got much more than I paid for. This is the most recent of multiple good experiences I have had with OBP.

I have used OBP for all types of printing jobs over the years. They have always given us great customer service and so no job has been to small or large for them to come through on.

I needed a a digital file from surveyors printed to a large sheet, 3’x4’. Most people don’t have that size printer at home. The shop easily did it from the AutoCAD file for a reasonable price. (If you have a survey done, get the files, and know how to get them from the surveyor again if you loose your copy)
I used to go through convolutions at Kinko’s to do it, but it is very difficult even if you bring your own software on your laptop, or even convert it to a .pdf before hand. Installing the Kinko’s printing software on your own machine is a nightmare now, especially getting it off afterwards.
This shop is the pro shop, and the staff is helpful to non-​pros, and interactive at proposing solutions for large format printing.

I just needed four copies. I was a little intimidated by these guys because of all the real quality work they are obviously capable of, but they accepted my small order with a smile. I would definitely go back again.

So, it’s time to have something printed and you’re not sure who’s open or what prices look like so you end up going somewhere lame: like Kinkos. Right? Why? Why? Why?
You go somewhere like that and it’s like throwing money down the drain. You get someone that hates their job and isn’t going to give you much service.
Instead, you could go somewhere local like OBP. This doesn’t stand for Old Bitchy Person, like you’d get elsewhere. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with at OBP is super nice and will go out of their way to help you. Need a massive banner? OBP gots ya. Need large photos printed? Guess who? Need something laminated? What thickness? .3 mil or .5 mil? Glossy or sateen? Trade show display? Die cuts? The list goes on and on.
They are courteous, super fast and will make sure that you’re happy with your product. They have really ramped things up the last couple of years to include so many options that it’s impossible not to use this place! I have needed things the next day and they’ve accomodated me, at the same price! Try that at Corpos! I get my photos printed here (sometimes directly on the foamcore!) and I usually get a 2 day turnaround and a smile. That said, unless someone can find better service, I find no need to look elsewhere.
