I can’t say enough good things about Eastbank Appliances. The knowledge of the staff is by far the highest in the city. They don’t choose to sell appliances because they have rebates back to dealers and sales people. They know their products and carry the best appliances, with the best parts and longevity. I am an interior designer and send all my client’s to this great resource. I have used them for mid and high end homes and even rental units where reliability, space and efficiency are important. Deric at Eastbank asks my client’s how they cook. Are they a baker, do they roast, do they want to grill? What is the best ventalation and stove top and oven for how they live? He knows how food responds to different baking environments. He knows refrigeration and the types that keep fruits and vegetables crisp and fresh. This is a local owned, honest to goodness, knowledgeable resource. I recommend them highly for all price points.

My Asko washer was making all kinds of terrible noises, like the bearings were going. Then it began taking 2 hours to wash clothes. After checking the blogs and chats, it sounded like the controller board was gone. I called around to check on inventory on a replacement, and everyone was pushing everything but Asko, except Eastbank. They explained how Asko has gone through a restructuring and that the quality issues of the past are gone. I’m sure glad I could find someone who knew the products, and understood my situation. Instead of having to buy a new washer/​dryer combination, I was able to find a replacement washer, which they had in stock, because of their knowledge of the products and honesty. I would buy my next dryer (when it finally dies) from them in a heartbeat. Check out the showroom. It knocks the socks off everyone else.

I needed a washer and dryer in a hurry. I did my research and knew which model numbers I wanted. I called on Monday morning, they happened to have the ones I wanted in stock, and they delivered it to my basement on Tuesday morning! Totally flawless, wonderful service. Also the price was cheaper than anywhere else I looked, even online. I will buy all of my appliances at Eastbank from now on.
