Oregon Screen Impressions

Excellent, excellent job! I had Oregon Screen Impressions embroider a company logo on 33 long-​sleeved no-​iron shirts and they turned out terrific! Their customer service was great and they offer a terrific selection of shirts. I also liked that they had a parking lot since NE Broadway can be tough to park sometimes. We definitely will be using them again.

We have been working with OSI for several years now… they have proven to be a true partner to our business time and time again. Many times they have helped us out of challenging situations as with most businesses, there are daily challenges. For example, our product that we cut and sew and dye may be late to OSI… however, they understand our customer doesn’t want to hear about this… so they figure out how to fit us in and get it done. In addition, the quality of their work meets or exceeds our expectations… and our expectations are very high as our art is often complicated. From the rock star separation to the printing to the fulfillment, they are professional and do great work.
Another true indication of the quality of the business is how they respond to situations that come up that are either their fault or unclear who is at fault… again they strive to resolve the issues and stand behind their work. We have NEVER had any issues coming to fair resolutions.
So based on both OSI excellent work, helping us whenever we need it and reacting the right way to issues, we consider them one of our most trusted and strategic partners in our supply chain. Also our account representative, our fulfillment partner, and the printers and other employees in the back are a pleasure to work with. Thank you OSI.

We came to this printer as a local apparel company looking to build a long term relationship. Their customer service rep was very nice and their pricing was good. Unfortunately they made mistakes on every order we placed with them. Probably 10 over the course of a year and in total over 1,000 pieces. The mistakes that were made were amateur and almost 100% the press department’s fault. For example: glue on the back of the shirt collars, wrong ink used, wrong sizing on printed labels, printed our supplied extras for no reason, messed up reprints, every order LATE, not enough passes of ink over shirts = thin art work, mistakes printed on all of our shirts before scheduled press proof.
We contacted the customer service rep after every one of these mistakes and the best we were compensated for any of these mistakes was a 15% discount amounting to less than $ 50!
We sat down and had meetings with them to go over the mistakes, explained how this couldn’t happen again and even met the press department manager on multiple occasions to explain exactly what we wanted. They still messed up.
I have never seen such carelessness in a press department. This guy would literally use plastisol ink on a reorder of shirts that has discharge ink used and the order acknowledgments are given to him where it says DISCHARGE INK!
It was unbelievable and they did nothing to make up for it.
From this description you probably think we’re talking about complex shirts, but all we ran with them was 1 color front, 1 color back, removed and printed neck labels on our supplied shirts from big well known brands…
After we contacted the manager and explained what was going on they assigned us to a new customer service rep even though we explained the rep was great and the mistakes were being made by the press department. The quality of printing they produced put our companies name on the line and they gave us nothing to make up for it or make us feel like they cared about their mistakes.
If you’ve never worked with a printer before or printed shirts, go with them, you’ll be happy. If you know what you want and need it to look good on shirt 1 – 100 not just OK stay the hell away from them. Even when we placed limited orders of 6 shirts they would mess it up.
Last example of how bad it got: We would order more extras for their press guy and he still use all the extras and not get the color right on the rest of the shirts.

I needed some shirts, fast. Team Unilocal was only a week away from walking in the Race for the Cure, and a series of interesting events transpired causing me to seriously lag in ordering these sweet team shirts that I had made for the race. While I wanted to have some tiny little one-​mad operation hand-​make some shirts for me, a short deadline dictated otherwise. OSI to the rescue.
OSI offers digital shirt printing, heat transfer and screen printing on a variety of items. From shirts to hats to mugs to water bottles to whatever promotional materials you can think of, OSI can make it for you. What I needed was a small number of shirts made in a weeks’ time. For various reasons, I wanted to do some digital printing (mostly price and deadline), but the design I had wasn’t able to be printed (they can’t digital print white), so screen printing was the only option. And OSI did a great job.
I paid a bit of a premium for screen printing such a small run of shirts (for small runs, you’re way better off with digital), but the shirts came out perfect, and were quite the hit at the RFTC. The customer service and communication involved in the set up and execution of the order was great. And I was delivered what I was promised. You can’t ask for much more than that.

OSI printed the last totes I got for my business, Union Rose, and will printing more soon. Great customer service, nice print job, really sharp looking totes.
