This is the final straw with this location. As much as I enjoy the newer staff that works here, it’s really frustrating how NOTFRESH most of the items are, every time I go in. The orange chicken is old, it’s chewy and the sauce is completely dry, the broccoli in the beef broccoli always tastes strange and still somewhat undercooked at this location. This was the final straw, showing up at 9:15 and getting to the entrée section only to discover the food items are not fresh, over half the items are put away and the orange chicken is extra NOTFRESH. No egg rolls or anything. This will be the final time I visit this location. I WOULDOFRATHERGONETOSUBWAYACROSSTHESTREETANDSPENTLESSTHAN $ 20FORWAYFRESHERFOOD… *insert annoyed face here*

1. Raising prices? Fine. You’re a business that needs to make money. It’s cool. 2. Running my card manually so my information is fully available to whomever cares to look? That makes me a tad uncomfortable. 3. Not filling my boxes all the way so I consequently pay more for less? Fuck you, Panda.

This is a nice outpost of a good chain. The food is always good here, If they are out of something I usually try and order that. They will make more and it will be fresh! It is surprisingly good for fast food.

This is chinese fast food… but more generic. The restaurant never appears immaculate and there is a feeling that the staff is not engaged. In addition, the corner location makes this an ideal plot for panhandling. I would skip this one.

Wow Panda Express has raised prices again. It seems like every time they come out with a new menu item the price for everything goes up. When they first opened I could get my standard meal for under $ 5, went there before the Lakers game the other night and it cost almost $ 8. For $ 1 more I could have got pulled pork BBQ at the Blazer game where food prices are a known rip off. Food is so-so, don’t get the Orange Chicken unless you like deep fried dough balls, and the prices continue to climb so I am looking for a new alternative for low cost acceptable tasting asian food.

If your a salt lover, you probably might find the food too fresh, but the staff is nice and food is clean. Could do without the 2 – 3 homeless that seem to be hanging out in front everytime I bike by, but inside the restaurant is good :)

This Panda Express is very clean, the food seems to be fresh unlike other locations. Right near the yellow line max and several bus lines.

Chances are if you’re leaving a bad review for Panda Express, you shouldn’t even have gone in there in the first place. You’re the dumb one for going into the McDonald’s of chinese food! c’mon!!! I freaking love Panda. That’s all.

Cleanest panda express I’ve ever been in, hands down. Food was fresh and hot, didn’t have that heat lamp look to it. Its the only decent chinese place around so it gets 4 stars for being pretty tasty and having a good selection. My only complaint is the bathroom key system and not having hotsauce or soy sauce out on the tables. Both those things drag down the class of even a panda express.

I love this place. While the food is fast food and should not be mistaken for authentic Chinese, it’s always tasty, fresh and the service is great. I’ve eaten at several of the locations and have yet to get bad service or bad food. I’m someone that really checks out the cleanliness of places, especially if I can see into the back. This place looks pretty clean and all their veggies in the visible freezer are always sealed and they look fresh. This chain is much better in cleanliness than many of the other places I have seen. For those that complain about it… what do you expect? It’s Chinese fast food!

First the pros: Fast, clean & inviting. Unfortunately, the pros are not enough to convince me the food is worth writing home about. Gripes abound. «Grrr». For starters I was very amused(in an unpleasant way) to see the cooks weighing and measuring everything about to be dumped in a large vat, er wok, of hot oil(which appears to be the only cooking method available). While I am not against a business making money, I am against large chains reminding me that I am about to plunk down my hard earned money during hard times so that the corporate big wigs can still earn their more than comfortable salaries. OK, so no big deal — as long as my food is good. I do not mind paying my fair share of dough for some good eating — but for this crap I have a problem with. For starters, I estimate that about 75% of the weigh of my food is starch(rice, chow mein). And if that wasn’t bad enough, the little bit of protein served is dry! And not just the protein, but rather all the amenities therein too! I suspect this is due to the fact that this establishment still shells out food a la McDonald’s of yesteryear, meaning they prepare their food in bulk and store it in a metal hotel pan over a hot water bath until a customer is ready to be served. That’s cool and all if it’s constantly busy, but it’s not cool during down times when there is only a few customers(which is the time I was in). To make a long story short, I could have had a better tasting fresher meal(and cheaper) out of the Fred Meyer freezer across the parking lot.

In a city where there are actual Asian people cooking real Chinese food one has to wonder why we get taken in by a restaurant with a happy Panda(or clown, king, or antenna ball) plastered on it in order to meet our nutritional needs; but we’re Americans — this is what we do. It wasn’t the first time and it won’t be the last I’m sure, but in I walked past the the black and white ball of fluff and ordered what looked like perfectly reliable Chinese fare. Sadly, no. Please for your consideration: order one of each of the lovely looking dishes behind the sneeze-guard and when you get the plastic container to your table with your spork in hand close your eyes and dig right in. Oops, that’s right. You can’t tell any difference not even by shape. And unlike real Chinese food you’re hungry again before you even leave the place which is why the portions are for a family of six and not just you.

I’m not gonna give it 5-stars because it’s not like I die daily if I don’t get it, but 4-stars is perfect because how god it is. I have never once been disappointed coming out of this place. There food is so good and fast. They are like a place in a food court at a mall but are closer to my house and taste so much better. It’s great because it’s right off the max line and actually like 2 minutes from my house. Extremely good, everyone should check this location out at least once.

Cheap, already made and next to the max and bus stops. What else can you ask for in a quick bite.

I. Love. Panda. Express. There’s something a little unfair about how delicious and addictive the Orange Chicken at Panda Express is. When in the absence of a Panda Express I have tried the«same» dish at «authentic» Ma & Pa Chinese restaurants, only to be horribly disappointed. Panda’s ability to make fast and incredibly delicious Chinese food is treat. The Mandarin Chicken is also a delicious menu item as is the Broccoli Beef. They have apparently developed a technology to make their chowmein and rice always taste as if it were freshly made… amazing!
