Dr. Gross has been my dentist for about 5 or 6 years now, and his office provides top notch dental care. I see them every 6 months for a cleaning, and got a couple of small fillings when I first started seeing them after not having been to the dentist in a couple of years. Dr. Gross flawlessly fixed a small, sports-related chip in my front tooth — as good as new, and it’s lasted. So, let me tell you — these ladies are top-notch. What? Ladies? See, Dr. Gross is the main man, and he’s fantastic at what he does; but what really makes the office tick is the rest of the staff. From the receptionist who always remembers my face and name even though I only see her twice a year, to the hygienist who remembers the details of my personal life that we’ve chatted about, to the office manager who always handles billing and is always ahead of the game — they are all super professional. So not only is the care top-quality, but the office runs like a well-oiled machine. They are always right on schedule, they take most dental insurance plans, they offer payment plans if you need them, they will send you email reminders of your appointments, and they validate parking for a particular smart park garage. But most of all they are warm and lovely people. As much as no one likes going to the dentist, Dr. Gross’ office makes it truly painless. And they are taking new patients!
