Pier One Imports

I shop at this location regularly because it’s close to home. They have an excellent staff and provide outstanding Customer Service!

Lots of merchandise everywhere, bright colors. Very Busy, not busy with patrons — but filled with merch. everywhere. It was a bit overwhelming. I didn’t find what I wanted. Bad selection of greeting cards — and very limited runners. I was looking to replace my runner at the entrance of my apartment. I saw a few, but not much selection. I’ve always liked Pier 1 products. The store was clean and the cashier was friendly.

Seems to be your typical Pier One. It was almost empty on a Wednesday evening but we were greeted as we walked in and asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I responded no, even though I suppose I was looking for after-​Christmas sales.
Christmas stuff was 75% off. There was a decent selection of merchandise but really nothing I needed, or even wanted. There was a large selection of other merchandise that was 50% off (throw pillows, etc.), but I still didn’t find anything to purchase. They do have a lovely selection of furniture, as well as multiple tall, wooden giraffes.
I actually did appreciate that they didn’t have some obnoxious Valentine’s Day display out yet, seeing as it’s early January. Good decision marketing people.

Nice store, found some great ss but the aisles are so tight…

Came here on Saturday. I just moved into a new home and now the fun part — decorating. The staff were extremely helpful but not pushy. When I had questions about what they had in inventory, they checked not only their store but the other stores in town so I would have all the information. I think what I appreciate most is that they weren’t pushing things on me. They let me do my own thing and were easily accessible when I had questions.

I really do love this store. The staff is alwasy very helpful and the selection for everything that I have ever gone for is great. I always seem to come out of there with something that I had not intended on getting but I am always happy with what I have gotten there.

Wandered over on a random whim looking for curtains, left with place mats, shower curtain, candles, and votive holders. I came back a few days later because I couldn’t find curtains to match the place mats was quickly helped and the employee went into the back pulling out matching curtains that were on clearance. I asked about buying more place mats as backups and yup she showed me to a stack of them that were cheaper than previous. i was giddy and then she asked me if i needed anything else, so for four bucks I got a clearance-​hidden-​in-​the-​back shower mat.
