Pizza Hut

Wish I could give this a 0 star. Came here on Sunday night to find out that the pizza we have placed 2 – 3 hours BEFORE was not even ORDERED. Instead they thought it was a prank call. So they didn’t make ANYTHING. We’ve been ordering there for 15 plus years and for them to think its a prank call NOW? It’s RIDICULOUS. This is the worst place ever to order pizza. Who are they to even decide if it’s a prank call from someone who’s been ordering from there for so long? So ridiculous and never coming here again.

Service with pizza huts are getting worse and worse. Thinner and less toppings. I got a Hawaiian stuffed crust with light sauce. The stuffed crust was hardly stuffed and each slice has maybe 2 – 3 pieces of bacon and pineapple and hardly any cheese. We also got chicken Alfredo pasta and it just seemed like food a hospital or nursing home would make. The breadsticks were cold, over cooked and very little seasoning. The delivery driver was nice and always smiled so he got a tip. 36 $ and it was a waste.

Customer service is awful, I tried talking about editing my order after I made a mistake online. The first lady answered and put me on hold for several minutes after I explained my concern she said hold to on and just handed phone to someone else. I’m assuming a manager, I explained myself once again but that person just flat lie about the deal going on just to avoid fixing the problem. I never heard a Hello or a thank you no greeting at all.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. I ordered a combo pizza for delivery, and all I got was a burnt pepperoni and olive pizza with burnt cheese sticks. Customer service was awful, being snotty when I asked for a refund, asking if I was going to bring the pizza back and what not. Do not go here.

Ive gotten food poisoning from here multiple times. Ive complained to corporate and they tried to make it better with a $ 25 credit which was IMPOSSIBLE to use. The area manager kept putting it under the wrong phone number. I emailed her and complain, she said she fixed it, call to use it twice and they have no record of my credit.
Finally after many annoyed and incompetent phone calls I finally get a manager that isnt a complete idiot and actually cares about my problems and grants me the credit even though the area manager still couldnt get it right.
Yet, after I get this pizza with my credit I get the worst food poisoning Ive EVER had in my life. I dont understand what couldve been THAT spoiled on my pepperoni pizza but it was completely unacceptable. I didnt even bother complaining to corporate because I want nothing to do with their spoiled shit pizza. Fuck this place. I cant believe theyre stil in business.

When I called, I asked to get hot wings, she was like hello?! I said I didn’t want to order anymore then she was like hello?! I hate that place. I don’t want to be ordering there anymore.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered for delivery from this location. I have actually had them deliver many times over the last two years. Sometimes the drivers ask for my card and sometimes they do not. Sometimes I have let other people order with my card when I wasn’t even home with the card and the delivery person still always left the pizza.
Well tonight not thinking I sent another member of my household to the store to buy drinks with my card while I waited for the pizza. The delivery driver came while they were still gone with my card. He asked for my card I explained why i did not have it and offered to show him my photo id. My photo is matched the address I was at having the pizza delivered to, the picture matches my face, and the name matches the name they have on the card I input online. The driver had an attitude and said that he had to get store approval to leave the pizza he couldn’t make that call.
He refused to let me get my id and said that he has only ever had the store give him permission twice to leave pizza with someone that didn’t have their card. I told him I did not want the order cancelled because the card had been charged and it can take a couple days for the charge to reverse.
He called the store and although I could not hear the person on the other end I could tell from what I heard the driver say that the person told him it was up to him not them if he left the pizza… The driver never once told them i had offered to show him my government issued photo id. He finally said to them well if you are not going to say it’s ok or not just cancel the order and then he hangs up. I asked if he could please wait a couple minutes for my card to get back he said it would require charging the card a second time because he already canceled the order. Telling me stuff about he couldn’t give me pizza based on photo id because of the target fraud. That’s a load of bs if I heard one. The people at target had their card information stollen many using their physical card. I was offering an id that would prove I was me and lived where I was having a delivery which is more than they usually ask for when they have in the past left pizza without the card or let someone who was not me show the card.
Then I called and got the call center after the driver left and was told that it is the drivers decision if they leave the pizza they don’t need store permission.
Either way I will not order from them again. The driver was ride and I am pretty sure he just wanted a free pizza to take home since when I didn’t get it I am sure they won’t just throw it away

Good god, mother of Mary… DO.NOT.EVER. purchase pizza from this Pizza Hut!!! Absolute worst experience EVER. Seriously… I’m not being hipster or lame or anything. I am a totally average joe who likes a good ol’ processed, greasy, stuff crust pizza once in a while… but good LORD it is NOT worth it! Awful service, delivery times not upheld, you will wait well over an hour for your pizza any night of the week, will show up literally box cold. Sure, call and complain… they will give you your next order «free» (as long as you buy 8 more dollars worth of product which is their minimum to deliver.
