This place is alright. It’s not the pinnacle of food experiences by any stretch of the imagination but when you work in the Bank Tower it’s certainly convenient. The portion sizes are decent enough and I haven’t hated anything I’ve had. The «chicken bowl» is basically teriyaki chicken, rice, and some veggies for $ 5. So if you just need something fast, it’s too cruddy outside to bother with the carts, and you don’t feel like spending much it’ll get the job done.

You know when you go to a Chinese restaurant and the Kung Pao Chicken comes fresh out of the wok? Don’t expect that here. The place is set up to manage a lunch rush of people that take little boxes of food back to their offices. Everything appears to be pre-​cooked and served from large warming containers. The Kung Pao Chicken may have tasted like fresh stir-​fry earlier in the day, but I got spoonful of mealy gruel plopped on some white rice, then squirted with some brown gravy-​sauce from a bottle.
I’ve heard this place is actually pretty good. Next time, I’ll look on the menu and order something that gets better as it sits in a crockpot.

There’s a million places to get chicken and rice downtown for lunch. This is probably my personal favorite. The owner remembers you once you’ve been there a few times and remembers your order if you’re a regular. Pretty impressive really. She’s got regular chicken and spicy chicken. There’s also brown rice available. Highly recommend her spicy chicken with brown rice. I’ve eaten here no less than 20 times and I’ve never had a bone or some gnarly chunk of tendon or fat. I think she cooks the chicken so hot that it all melts away leaving nothing but chicken with a pulled pork consistency. Delicious.
