I totally see why these guys have the best reviews. Michael was my technician and he went above and beyond my expectations, even arriving a little early! They are professional, fast, friendly, and have the best deals ever.
All in all, they turned my crappy ordeal into nothing with a simple 15 minute appointment.

Elad is great. Had a front door lock that gave out. He came right over, within 15 minutes! Diagnosed the problem, which required a new part. Told me it would be cheaper for me to get the part then have him do it. Followed his directions and got the part. He then came back and while the new part was not perfect he made it work. Total cost, just the two house calls.

Was here in 15 minutes on a Saturday night, got us in the house immediately. Great service, nothing more I could ask.

I am out of town fixing up a rental and locked myself out. I only had to wait about 30 minutes and the door was open in less than 5. There’s a good reason why this guy is busy! Fast, competent and friendly!

great service！locked out of car on the first day of 2016，called other locksmith services all of them either not available due to the hoilday or at least 30 mins away。Me and my family went to pittcok mansion see the sunset, super windy and frozen up in the hill, called him and showed up less than 15mins, unlock the door within 5mins. Such a life saver! Highly recommended!

Highly recommended. Elad was very prompt, professional, and quick to respond. I knew I wanted a different kind of lock, but wasn’t sure exactly which one to choose. He understood exactly what I was after, told me which one was the best and explained why, got it in the right finish (which was kind of a weird finish), and delivered and installed it, then took care of a few other lock-​related issues that came up around the house during his visit. This guy clearly works hard and is eager to keep his customers happy. I love working with people like this.

Wow, super service. Called on a rainy wet Saurday afternoon and got my lock rekeyed and 4 new keys for a reasonable price. He was courteous, professional and very efficient. Can’t say any better. Call here for locksmith service!

Elad (the owner) agreed to come help with a stuck bathroom lock on short notice and then just before he arrived it came unstuck! I called him and he waived his service fee and even answered a couple questions I had about the lock! Great customer service and next time I need a locksmith, I’ll definitely be calling Elad.

The owner of this service was professional, polite, and on time manner.
He came with 30 mins ahead arrival notification, and got to work stright.
I had to changed the main door lock, I already got the new lock that what I want.
He has full understanding of new style keyless system, with key setting, and set up the code. finally, tell me how to use it.

Locked out again, this time at a new house less than one day after moving in. I called Portland Local Locksmith again, and they showed up in less than 15min. Got me into my place again in 5min and they were on their way.
This service is extremely painless and straightforward. If you’re locked out and need to get inside ASAP, these guys are quick, skilled, and professional. Not to mention, honest about their pricing (no hidden fees, or «service charge» or whatever else others call it)!
If you’re reading this review contemplating whether to call these guys or not– there really isn’t any reason not to. I hope this is the last time I get locked out of my home, but if I do again, these are the only guys I’ll call.

It’s obvious the owner, Elad, cares very much about making sure his customers are happy and will go well out of his way to take care of people. If he knows a cheaper way for you to do something, he will bow out of his service and tell you how to get it cheaper. This guy is no bull. Locksmiths get a bad wrap for showing up and charging more than a phone quote. It’s a tough thing to do without them seeing what they are going to do and someone that doesn’t have specific industry knowledge trying to describe the problem. But Elad does his best to make sure you understand that if the price is higher than the quote you understand why. Plus the ²⁴⁄₇ service is legit. No matter what you will get what you need. Can’t say enough good things here!!!

I had the unfortunate experience of locking ourselves out of our place at the Goose Hollow area.
These folks were the second call I made to help us since the first company «Locks on Wheels» we called dispatched our request but never got a cal back after waiting 30 min. ( Unilocal review submitted as well)
These guys were on it! Very friendly folks, great communication and was able to get us back into our place.
Billy called us several times with updates on where he was which was appreciated if he was going to be delayed due to traffic.
Best part is I got a call back the next day to check on how their service was.
Five star and will definitely be my first call if this happens again. The Unilocal coupon is a plus.

LOVED these guys! I forget the guy’s name (sorry!), but it was the owner that came out for me. I called on a Sunday night at about 8:30 am, and even still, he *came to me* and was at my place within 20 minutes of the call. Another 20 or so later, and I had a fresh, working replacement «chip key» made for my Civic.
He quoted me a price over the phone ($ 95 in my case), and he kept the price when he arrived, which I’ve been told is uncommon for other locksmiths, who tend to jack up the quoted price after the job is done. His whole persona and just the way he interacted with me seemed very trustworthy and professional, and all around I just walked away feeling impressed. All in all, I would choose these guys again in a heartbeat over anyone else in town. I was told by a friend that even if I had gone to a brick-​and-​mortar locksmith shop, I could’ve easily paid $ 150 to $ 200 for the job. Instead, this guy *came to me*, on a Sunday night, and did it for about half that. Deserving of this great review!

SAVED THE DAY! I returned home from a trip to Seattle only to find I had locked myself out of the house. Not only that, managed to lock myself out in the most complicated of ways (internal deadbolt with no key access locked from inside, garage door entry locked, garage doors themselves locked, etc). I was tired, with luggage and dog and no way in. Sunday evening mind you.
Elad was there within 20 minutes! On a Sunday night. Not only there, but with a smile and willingness to work through the major mess I created with layers of locked doors in our way. He was quick, but thoroughly went over any and all options to ensure we had the best route in. Then, got us into the house in absolutely no time flat.
On top of all of this, for a Sunday night call and the McGuyver work he had to do, his costs were so incredibly reasonable. I thought I would have to pay 3 or 4 times what he charged. Truly.
Absolute top notch service, above and beyond what I could expect. I’ll be calling him for any and all locksmith needs going forward, and recommend him to anyone in need. The service and the costs are not to be beat, honestly. I felt more than compelled to come on Unilocal and share in hopes that it helps folks with any sort of need similar to ours.

Dagnabit! It’s like he knows I hate talking to people on the phone! WTF, Boss man? Well, I guess I *DO* work for him. I hit up the Unilocal and, okay, first I call someone else. I tell them I need ten keys cut and I never hear from them again. Bummer.
I call these dudes and they tell me how much it’ll cost (a reasonable service fee and a few bucks per key). They’ll send someone out in a few hours. Since this was a routine, low priority need that was no problem with me. I ask for the tech to call me from the parking lot. And he DID! I always ask vendors to do that and Benjamin might have been the first person that actually did.
Our keys, however, are wacky. Benjamin makes a call and he can run them to a specialist, but it’ll cost a few extra bucks per copy. Still quite reasonable and within another hour or so he was back with ten shiny new keys and my dingy old key. I felt zero trepidation about letting someone I didn’t know disappear with what lets people into my building. So, good job Portland Local Locksmith. No idea when I’d need you again, but you’ll be my first call.
