Yet another person whose bill jumped to $ 150 upon arrival. Waited outside for 20 minutes just waiting for the tech to call me back then another half hour for him to arrive. When he did it was «Oh these locks are harder to get into. It will be $ 150»… Which of course it is now almost 11pm and I wanna get in my house. It took him 3 minutes IF that to pick the lock. While he was working the neighbors were yelling at their tv about the football game to which he says «Oh yea the Ducks were up a bit ago. I was just at the bar with my brother watching the game in Hillsdale when I got the call to come out here.»… So this tech couldn’t call cause he was watching football, havin a beer, and now I’m paying a ton more? Also no CC reader for his phone because he «broke» it so now I have to trust this guy with my card info written on his copy of the invoice. Go with someone else. These guys are a rip off.

I don’t even want to give these guys a 1 star… WHAT A PIP OFF! It was at night and my son for some reason got my keys and got in my truck for something… and locked my keys in my truck. A friend researched locksmiths and these guys popped up with an advertisement that they will unlock for like $$ 45 … I called and even the dispatcher quoted me on that price… But when the guy came and unlocked my truck… I was handed a bill for $ 119! I said that wasn’t what I was quoted !! He made the excuse the dispatcher doesn’t know about the $ 69 unlock fee… But the advertisement didn’t say that either… RIPP OFF!!! oh but because I was a student he could take 10% off! IT STIL CAME OUT TO MORE THAN I WAS QUOTED!!! These guys need to be sued for false advertisement

Just got TOTALLY ripped off by this company. The 35 dollar advertised price quickly morphed into $ 180 dollars!
When you’re locked out of your house, you don’t have much choice once they’re standing there handing you the bill. I felt like I was getting ripped off while it was happening, and once I read the reviews, and checked them out on BBB, I knew it 100%.
It could happen to you, too. RIP-​OFF! SCAM! ALERT!!!

I had the exact same experience as scott! I wish i had had the time to read the reviews before I used this horrible service! It’s a complete rip off and they lie! Completely unprofessional!

So I need a new key made for a car, as the old one is worn out and I don’t have a backup for the ignition. I do have a fancy blank key ready to go for the car. Locksmith shows up immediately, takes a look at my keys, shows me that the ignition should match my spare with a little work, and then proves it, saving me hundreds of dollars and hours of time.
He then takes the time to make a backup as a test from his stock, proceeds to make me a new one on my blank and doesn’t charge me for his blank. This took less than 5 minutes. I then show him a screen door that I can’t get fixed and he has that done to my current house key in 10 minutes. I then show him another door knob, he has the correct parts on hand to fix it and this is done in seconds.
Versatile, fast, honest, legit, trustworthy… this guy has my business for life.
