I rented a condo through PPPM for 2 years. These are my experiences:
–The rent was reasonable. I was able to afford the rent, and between re-​signing price increases were nominal.
–My manager (Rhiann) was extremely responsive. Every service call I placed was addressed within 48 hours. The serious calls were addressed immediately. Actual repair technicians were sent to make repairs, not handymen.
–When moving out, I did a walk-​through with Rhiann. I cleaned extremely thoroughly, and it was noticed when it was time to return my deposit :)
–Rhiann was personable, professional, and reliable.
Summary: great apartment, great price, great manager. I would have stayed longer, but I needed to move downtown for personal reasons, and the apartment was in St John’s.
