They are robbing customers, will never ship or print here. They wanted $ 2.30 to print 1 fedex label, or I could use their computer to print at $ 3.40 per minute. Bad customer service on top of it.

I have been going to this Postal Annex to get business mail for about five years. First off, it is conveniently located but in the worst part of town. The parking lot is very unsafe.
Secondly, the previous owners were a lot more helpful than the current owners. The couple that owns it now always greets me with a smile and small talk but have no customer service skills past that. When I was obviously many months pregnant and had to pick up large boxes, they did not offer a hand at getting the dolly, placing the heavy boxes on the dolly, or opening the door. They generally do not. I am always friendly with them — however, this would be my last choice for business.

Giving this guy one star is so much compared to how I was treated here. I was a first time shipper through Poshmark I didn’t know how to ship or do anything and I was exciting that I sold something online for the first time. I went in and asked to purchase things for my shipment and this guy was rude and got up and got me a box and sold me the box. He than told me «I’m going to do this as a courtesy but next time (raised his voice) BECAUSE YOU ARE DOING BUISNESS YOU NEED TO USE YOUR OWN TAPE AND PACK YOUR OWN STUFF.» First off I went in willingly to purchase my own material he offered out of courtesy to do it for me. He than taped up the box and after I asked for a refund because I felt so harassed he yelled and told me no and I was so scared because this guy was yelling at me as if he was my father. & after I asked for his manager he told me he owned the place and he was his own manager well congrats to him but I will NEVER in my life step foot into his business ever again. I will make sure none of my family members or friends ever go there and I will make sure he loses his clients because I had never been felt so harassed in my life. I went in with a smile and left crying and scared. Awful service I made sure I took pictures and a video of everything just in case he my package goes «missing» I know why. If you’re going to have a business you should also have patience.
