Raggedy Ann’s Dustbusters

After reading several reviews mostly good– I am so disappointed.
I called the owner and must at admit I was pretty outraged with the service, my husband and I were both ranting and raving– We paid for 4 hours of cleaning for a mostly empty home, $ 128– 2800 feet and a left a $ 40 tip. I left a list of the priorities, bathrooms, kitchen, floors (90% wall to wall carpet) except bathroom and kitchen. The bathroom counter never saw a dust rage, the kitchen floor had stickiness… I have a single cat and no children. I personally clean this house very well in 6 hours– the whole house.
The outsides of the appliances and inside of the microwave was cleaned– The floors were quickly vacuumed, but a small runner rug was not even moved when she did.
I was assured that the women I had was great, never a bad review in 4.5−5 years, except mine of course. The owner is going to call the lady to determine «what happened and touch base with me tomorrow», either way I am never using them again.
She may have spent 4 hours, but she did not follow my priority list at all like arranged.
