This guy should not be doing business since average consumer is not able to get his attention and the product, which has been paid for, in a timely manner. I had to provide a proof of payment by sending him a copy of the cashed check, and even then, I had to get the organizer of our 40^th high school reunion involved for him to respond to my phone calls and emails. After about 45 days of wasted effort, the CD arrived without any acknowledgement of his incompetence or an apology. Interesting thing about the whole matter was that most of my classmates received their CDs and it didn’t take any effort or cost for him to place a CD in the mail. Because he didn’t have the common sense to do that he is deserving of a lousy Unilocal rating.

They don’t respond to calls and it is now 3 months and have never received a $ 30.00 video

I received my DVD in the allotted time and was very happy with it. Even though I hadn’t been able to attend the reunion I felt like I had been there after watching the DVD. Great job! Surpassed all my expectations!

They did our 50 year Class Reunion which was held on Aug 30, 2014… Received my DVD the first week of November… I thought the video and sound and content were excellent… No complaints! Eight week turnaround was acceptable…

Raines Video Productions recorded our 50^th high school reunion. The crew that arrived was polite and unobtrusive; did a nice job of capturing the evening’s highlights; and the company DID accept our credit cards. We were quite pleased with the video. It allowed classmates to review the memories of this special occasion — and memories are what reunions are all about!

The Chaffey High School Class of 1963 used Raines Video Productions for its 45-​year reunion in 2008. Classmates raved about the quality of the video, especially the «roving reporter» interviews with very resourceful questions. Classmates who couldn’t attend the reunion party said the video gave them a real taste of what it would have been like to attend. We were so pleased, we recommended Raines Video to the CHS Class of 1962 and will be using Raines for our 50-​year reunion in 2013. In fact, we’ve decided to skip the printed reunion book and let the video serve as the memory book for the event. We highly recommend Raines for quality, service and price.

Don’t waste your money buying a DVD of high school reunions from this company. Months later from my order, still no DVD. Turns out now they have a D– rating from the Better Business Bureau.
