Pirata (Dimitri) is the most energetic, welcoming, and inspirational teacher ever. His classes are challenging, yet anybody can access them. He knows how to adjust the levels and make it really fun. His energy is contagious– even on a tired day he will lift your spirits and give you a good workout. Besides fitness, with Capoeira you will also learn Portuguese and how to play instruments in the process. The location is conveniently located and the parking is easy. The room is spacious and clean. I recommend this class and instructor to anybody! It is well worth your time, it will even change your life!
