Sarahjoy Marsh

SSI love taking her class. She’s a confident teacher who know how to push her students. She always has a method on how to tackle a difficult pose. My husband and I joined her on a weekend retreat, we had a great time.

A friend of mine recommended that I take class from Sarahjoy. It took me awhile to make it out to her studio because I live in Salem. After one class with her, I signed up for her teacher training. I completed that last summer and currently teach in Salem and Portland. I was looking around for a TT, and I knew right away hers was the one I would benefit the most from.
She is able to pinpoint what each student needs better than anyone I’ve ever taken class from. I was shocked at the instruction and what I learned about my body and about yoga after just one class. I was also impressed with her ability to guide each student, and not just guide the class as a whole. I also really enjoy what she says and how she says it in class. She’s extremely poignant and insightful.
I also attended her retreat at Breitenbush Hot Springs and loved it.
