I have gotten glasses from this store for years. They have a great selection and Heather is SO helpful. She really helps narrow down to the glasses that suit you best. They have provided great service well after the sale, ie fixing my frames when they got bent from a grabbing baby. The price is great for the glasses you are getting.

Yes, their prices are cheap, but you certainly get what you pay for. The frames are fine, but the lenses are garbage. Got some new lenses with anti-reflective coating(basically the only option they have) and they were scratched in about a week. After arguing with them for a few days they agreed to replace them, but told me that(1) they don’t offer a scratch resistant coating and(2) the anti-reflective coating actually makes them more susceptible to scratching, so if I didn’t want them to keep getting scratched(from cleaning them with the cloth they supplied) I should not get the AR coating. Who doesn’t get the AR coating? The lenses lasted about a year and when I got new ones(from rose city eyecare) I was told that yes, the old type of antireflective coatings were easier to scratch, but that no one uses those anymore. TL;DR: cheap prices = bad lenses

This place and my experience would have been awesome… if the lenses on both pair of glasses hadn’t fallen out and shattered within three months of purchasing them. When I called to alert them, I was told that their policy is clearly posted. Indeed it is, I guess I had hoped that given their parent company’s reputation, they’d last longer 90-days.

$ 150.00 for any pair of glasses in the shop… lenses included! get. out. …and they have a shop puppy too! in. love. I went here with my sister to find glasses, she had been to all the hood optometrists at the Lloyd Center but wasn’t 100% sold I told her to give this a try, now I’m jealous! I went to get my frames uptown and the cost me an arm and a leg! I walk in to Reynolds outlet and its all the same brands mostly US or European made. There is a very chic selection ranging from wooden frames for the Eco-minded design fiend to over sized circle frames lined with marbled Bakelite– worthy of lady gaga! as if it wasn’t already good enough if you buy 1 pair your next within 30 days is $ 50.00 off {prescription sunglasses included} … and they accept insurance I will definitely get my next pair here

Bad experience at this company. Purchased a pair of glasses for $ 20018 months ago(sizable purchase for my income), and I went to have the lenses replaced when I got a new prescription. They would not replace the lenses. All they would do is sell me a new pair of glasses for the same amount of $ 200. The frames were still a stocked item. I have checked since with other eye wear companies that give good warranties. Certainly check their service back up before buying. Never going back there!

Excellent customer service. I visited Reynolds because one of the screws fell out of my glasses and it came apart. It was so small a screw I couldn’t replace it on my own. The store employee helped me with that and tightened both screws. She was friendly and helpful and it was real plus since I live right down the street from them. So it was a good intro to a small local business.

Cool designer frames, including many that Reynolds designs in-house. Great prices — the Sandy location is the discount branch of the local Reynolds chain. Instead of having a sale rack at the other stores, they send the sale ones here. You’ll pay $ 160 to $ 300 for frames and lenses, depending only on your prescription, whether they are progressive, what coatings you want. All frames are the same price. Besides the price, I have to commend this place for the great service. The clerk was utterly attentive and opinionated — she told me exactly what she thought of each pair I tried on, and why it worked or didn’t work for me. And she pulled out ones she thought I should try. Her style was such a wonderful change from the«it’s all good» smiling attitude of too many retail people who think they are being helpful by not expressing any opinion!

If you go anywhere else, you are definitely paying too much. $ 150 for an eye test, glasses and great service… Really! And a great selection as well– not a bunch of cast offs and crap like LensCrafters.
