Terrible place with the worse receptionist. It took me three weeks to get an appointment made, and trying to call to set one up by phone was nearly impossible. An answering service answered the phone and my messages were never replied to. The day of my appointment, the receptionist wanted to test my eyes for Glaucoma using a device she seemed to have no training on. The device was on a table that had casters that wouldn’t lock, thus this device was rammed into my chin, forehead, and eye several times. When she tested my eye for Glaucoma, she did not warn me that a blast of air was going to be shot into my eye, and laughed at my startled reaction. When I told her she could have warned be before she did that, she said «I told you that this was our air puff machine». I then told her I was going to be going someplace else, and she said «Bye!» Stay away!

They give me a different price every time I call. I’m Vietnamese so they try to take advantage of that and try to sell me more than I need.

Very unprofessional. Horrible selection of glasses and understaffed. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my contacts. Horrible.

Not only did I get great eye care, I got a super friendly staff that made the process quick and painless.
