Rich Ulring – State Farm Insurance Agent

You are better off dead than insured by Rich Ulring and State Farm.
Tact, honor and decency are all lacking in this office. After I was in a catastrophic car wreck, a member of Rich’s staff remarked that she was surprised that I «wasn’t dead yet» due to a spine injury sustained in the rear-​ending. I was stopped for a flagger, and was fully insured by State Farm (my family even had a million dollar umbrella policy). I am now permanently disabled, and State Farm subjected me to a 7 year witch hunt– even though the surgeon who operated on my spine, who happens to be the head of Orthopaedics at UCLA– the State Farm doctor even testified that my surgeon «made up the operative report.» Because State Farm fought me– after both Rich Ulring and a State Farm adjuster named Randy promised my family that they wouldn’t– my entire savings and my family’s finances went to cover my operative costs, and we lost our home. Because we had State Farm insurance my family had to choose between food and medicine; shelter or surgery– and we were not poor people at the beginning of this catastrophe. Unless your savings account has a high 6 digit balance, you cannot afford to be insured by this company or this agent. Buying insurance here will be one of the greatest regrets of your life– I promise, Girl Scout’s honor.
Long story short: I am (unfortunately) living proof that you are quite literally better off dead than insured by Rich Ulring. Buying insurance here will cost you everything you have ever worked for. Go somewhere, anywhere else.
