Rose City Collectors Market Show

I’m a vendor wanting to reserve space there, as a small business selling homemade crafts. They’re so close to home, and reserved my space so I mailed her my fee for $ 20 deposit. Talked to Tracy. When I found out I was not an antique nor a collector, I didn’t fit in, and she told me that too, by phone. She said, she will go ahead and send me back my refund, and will put it in the mail. That was in January 2012. I’ve called her and emailed her again, telling her I’d like her to send me my refund ASAP, since i’ve checked with my bank, if there was one deposited since then, and the bank said there was none for that amount.
This is almost the end of May, and I’m still waiting for her to either return my phone call or email, but there was none.
I can’t believe a larger business taking advantage of a smaller VENDOR starting out!
