This is my new pizza place. Not only in the neighborhood, but great! They have slices or great mini pizzas. So, everyone can get the exact pizza they want and have the perfect amount for leftovers for lunch the next day. Great salads Great beers on tap Great staff (did i mention how great this place is?)

Worst pie I have had in Portland. The crust was so hard I couldn’t feed it to my kids. Them meat pie was disgusting, we composted $ 38 in pizza. Sorry I was really hoping to have a good pizza joint nearby.

This is excellent pizza. Tastes just like Chicago thin crust style pizza only slightly thicker. Just like American Dream Pizza, love it. Staff was great too. Got made to order slices at lunch.

Amesom pizza… Very fresh and generous amounts of toppings! We ordered three minis for three people and still had leftovers. They have a great beer selection, fast service and the coolest ceiling on the planet!

I rather enjoy this place. The pizza is good and sometimes great. However it is so inconsistent that one time I never want to eat here again and then the next I can’t stop raving about how good it is. There are times the staff is super nice and times they are rude as the night is dark. It’s almost as if it has a split personality disorder. It is incredibly kid friendly and when they screw something up(like forget to make your pizza) they go above and beyond to make up for it. I recommend picking it up as their delivery service is kind of a joke and are usually rude when you order a pizza at 12pm or even 8:40pm. I say give it some time to work out the kinks and take over the world.

We’ve been fans of the original American Dream in NE for many years, and the new Satellite Dream is just as good. The store isn’t quite inundated with the smell of 30 years worth of pizzas yet, but it’s still worth a visit. I think the crust here is a bit less doughy and thick than at their NE location, though that could just be that my sample size isn’t big enough… better eat more pizza.

I didn’t ask for a cheese pie. I wanted pizza. I could NOT eat it. It smelled, looked, and tasted wrong! In the holy land of food, we get this Chicago deep pie pastry. That was not pizza. It was disgusting. I LOVE to support local businesses, don’t get me wrong, but I just don’t get this. All of these fabulous reviews for some Braidy Bunch birthday party homemade special. It was not NY, it was not Chicago, it was not regular Italian, nor was it Roman. What was it? Fake. The sausage looked like brown salt, and the cheese was like hardened cheez whiz. I like most food and I’ve never had a pizza I didn’t like. I hate to be rude like this but sometimes you gotta draw the line.

Their food is really good! Nice and affordable pizza! Breadsticks were to die for! I loved their pizza box decorations! I would definitely come again. Not my one of my favorites which is the only reason it didn’t get higher.

Best Pizza in town! We go here atleast 4 times a week. The pizza is so good and the crust is perfect. Ive never been excited about crust before I usually throw it away but they hand make the dough here everyday and you can taste the amazing quality. They deliver which is great and orders are always on time. They even remember my name and are super friendly. I will never eat at pizza hut again and have noticed papa murhys is always dead now. Everyone seems to be flocking to this new amaizing palce we so desperatly needed. I believe your money should be spent on things that make you happy and this pizza will leave you smiling and feeling satisfied.

We’ve been ordering pizza here for the past couple months and have not had a single bad pizza. ALL the combinations are excellent, and the crust is absolutely friggin perfect!!! Crispy on the bottom, chewy on top, thin so you don’t fill up on dough. These guys came to the pizza game ready to win. I know everybody has their favorite place for pizza, but if you try this place, it’ll become your new favorite. Capisci?

For $ 40 for a large I’d rather go to pizzacato where they bus your table, have napkins and silver wear at the table. The piZza is tasty but not that tasty.

Great pizza & an equally as wonderful environment. I’ll start with talking about the staff, they were super friendly and helpful while we ordered. Also quick to apologize for the wait(which really wasn’t long to begin with, especially considering it was quite busy) and eager to help us pick toppings /decide our orders. They were very friendly, patient, and really helped make our experience one to remember. The actual restaurant itself is very cool yet funky, definitely fits in well with the Sellwood /Westmoreland vibe. The ceiling is painted like the stars which goes with the theme of ‘satellite’ and it’s really neat. We were sure to take lots of pictures of their trippy decorations. Now let’s get to the good stuff(the food). I ordered a create your own pizza with mushrooms, jalapeños, and pepperoni. It was delicious, next time I will go with different toppings but that was an error in judgement on my part. The crust is not too thick, nor too thin– it’s just right. It was well cooked, none of that soggy in the middle none sense which happens at quite a few other pizza places I frequent. I found myself snacking on my leftovers almost as soon as I got home. No complaints with this pizza, it is great stuff. My mom ordered a calzone and it was definitely the highlight of the meal. The crust on the calzone is UNREAL, fluffy but crisp on the outside and cooked to perfection. You cannot go wrong with the calzone, seriously, I am probably going to dream about it tonight. I really enjoyed my first experience here and am really excited to go back. It is a great restaurant with a wonderful vibe and friendly staff. They also have fun pizza box decorating competitions which is a great way they involve themselves with their customers, I am always a huge supporter of restaurants that appreciate and interact with their customers in fun ways.

When we heard we were losing our favorite breakfast place to another pizza joint I was a little upset. Now that I have eaten here a few times I can gladly say it’s one of my favorites. Pizza is great, staff is friendly and the place is clean. Highly recommend having a slice of pie here

Ok, I would have been the first to review this place, but I was too damn busy stuffing my face with delicious pizza. Now that the cat is out the bag, I can only hope that they don’t get too busy. But they will. Because they rock. The beauty of American Dream Pizza is that no matter what style of pizza you prefer, you will be satisfied with a perfect, crunchy, garlicky slice with a delicious, flavorful sauce.

I’m so excited that a new little pizza place has opened up in this neighborhood! This place is exploding with character! It’s pretty fabulous! The people that work here are incredibly nice! They have great beers on tap and several pizza options that will delight your taste buds. Oh, and most importantly they do not skimp on toppings(super delighted about this fact)! The only thing that kept this from being 5 stars is something very minor but if they changed I think would make this place be undeniably Amazing! Plus I think this would make this business thrive!(Hint hint owners if you’re reading) Broaden the menu to add a few sandwiches. Sometimes my husband wants pizza but I want a sandwich(visa versa) and so we’ll choose a pizza shop that has this quality instead(your rival down the road). As I said super minor personal opinion. But other wise I love this place!!! I’ll be a return customer for sure!!!

This place is good. Pizza is really good. The crust is a bit more than my liking but still worth a tying out. I would have given a 4 star review other than the fact I couldn’t find there menu posted online. I wanted to order a pizza for pickup without having to hang out and wait at the shop, but there was no menu to be found online? I called them up and they told me they had pizza items and there menu was posted on some other pizza places website? So I finally tracked the menu down and I was ready to order except for one more question? What was the size difference between the medium and large? I was thinking 18 vs. 20 inches? no, medium is an oval, and large is a circle? Thinking back to geometry days, I thought all circles were ovals but not all ovals are circles? Needless to say I ordered a large because I didn’t want to have a geometry refresher. The large was more than enough. It looks like about 24″? Plenty of food for some nice leftovers. All in all you need to go there. It is worth the time. I just don’t want to think so hard to order a pizza to pickup

I’d been told by a friend that Satellite Dream Pizza doesn’t skimp on the garlic, and even chops some of their ingredients on a salt-block. I didn’t doubt him, but had to try it for myself. I ordered a slice with Feta cheese crumbled over a bed of thick mushrooms and black olives. Although«lite» is in their name, the slice was huge and heavenly. They’ve got this twisted crust that wasn’t too slathered in grease, but rather lightly lacquered with some garlic-y, buttery oil of goodness. The pizza caters to both those who like soft and crispy crust: after your teeth sink through the teetering toppings and well-portioned cheese/sauce, they tear through a warm, soft bread, until finally snapping the tenth-of-an-inch layer of crispy crust at the bottom of the pizza. The cashier with sweet glasses and a wonderful positive attitude took the time to read my name on his copy of the receipt so that he could call me by my name as I left. The staff put a lot of work into the décor of the place, too. There is this pleasant sign out front covered in painted planets, and space-themed doodads around the walls that have a local vibe about them. Awesome. Although they had an impressive variety of it, I didn’t even want any hot sauce on my slice. It was –that– good. Kudos! :)

I have been randomly hitting the NE establishment when visiting Providence. They just celebrated 30 years! When I heard this was opening in my hood, I was excited. I love their lunch special for 6.50 you get a salad and pizza with one topping a piece. There are two secret goodnesses — the crust on the pizza is buttery flaky good — so much so you’ll want to eat what I usually call the«pizza bones» that I normally would throw to my dog — oh these are a spiral laden flaky goodness and are meant to be consumed by humans! Second, I love their Italian salad dressing, there is some spice of old school Italian restaurants reminding me of my past and childhood sitting at the checkered table with the bottle of chianti and fake over-hanging grapes with my family. There is also a beer slice specialy of a similar nature in the eves after 8. They have about 8 beers on tap. They soon will also be starting delivery for $ 2 in the hood.

Satellite Dream Pizza is a dream for family-oriented pizza lovers everywhere! This casual, small, fun, new pizzeria has a special intergalactic atmosphere with super friendly service, beers on tap, wine, a soda fountain, delicious rice crispy treats and cookies, and yummy though unusual pizza for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike. The pizza has an excellently spiced tomato sauce, high-quality cheese, fresh toppings(such as basil leaves or whole roasted garlic), and a very unusual delicious crust! The crust is layered, with a cracker-like top and bottom, and a softer middle. This is not chewy crust, more like pie crust with multiple layers, and once you know that, you’re going to love that! Everything was very fresh! The Caesar salad was a bit garlicky for me,(even though I love garlic), perhaps because it had a lot of raw garlic. The inside is a tad small for big groups, although there is one 6-top. However, there is outside seating, which will be awesome in summer, and they offer delivery, too, for $ 2.00 extra. We had a good meal, though it was very noisy because, as mentioned, it’s really for kids and adults, alike, but/and, it’s a cool place right in the heart of Sellwood where Renee’s Café used to be. Tips: They do deliver for $ 2.00 extra. You can see the size of pizzas on a wall by the menu(pretty cool). Highly recommended! :)
