Most sculptures are better being displayed then not existing. The Sculpture for the Urban Plaza has it’s proper role even though it’s just okay. It can be described basically as an upside-​down rhombus. The steel is nice, perhaps providing a good mathematician feel since it is in Portland State University’s Urban Plaza.
I have seen this sculpture many times. The caption for it is on the wall outside Pizzacato. It is a behemoth where you can walk around it, including with some massive shade surrounding the masterpiece. There are some places to sit nearby and see it from there.
Students studying at Portland State University ought to check it out at least once.
