I have HAD it with you guys. You are obviously crooks! You took my money the DAY I ordered the two glass gaiwans but two months later I still don’t have them. I call and call — every time someone answers«Hello» unprofessionally — sometimes it is a KID that answers! A KID! The lady there never has any answers or knows anything about anything. EVERYTIME she assures me the manager will call but never does. Last time she gave me the managers number and I called it — but guess what — it doesn’t work. Big surprise! So — I called back immediately and — guess what — no one answered. You guys are obviously not a legitimate business and I am going to find a way to report you. I’ve had it! Kevin

Wonderful store. A human-sized mound of fermenting puer tea greets you as you come in. The staff is friendly and helpful and yes, they do speak English. You can buy various teas, including different grades of the same type of tea, all at terrific prices. You can buy cups, pots, screens, other tea accessories. You can buy herbs. You can have them make a pot of tea for you and sit and drink it. You can go next door for a pastry. Just a terrific teashop/tearoom, a real Portland treasure.

There isn’t a good category on Unilocal of what this place is to add to the listing. It’s sells tea, weird stuff like herbs I’ve never seen before, tea sets, and Asian art. They have great tea. I’m sipping the lapsang souchong right now and it’s lovely. They have different gradients of each tea, this one has three levels and priced accordingly. The tea I got is 92 dollars a pound. I got .10 lbs, so my order came to $ 9.20, and they gave me 20 cents off, I assume because I had to listen to the husband yell at the wife to get off the phone and help me. Customer service isn’t great, you sort of have to know what you want when you go in, and there is a language barrier if you try to ask for in depth explanations. But if you love good tea, this is a great place to go. It’s in the Fubonn center, to the right of the entrance to the market inside.
