Ripped me off & the owner told me my business wasn’t important. I handed my attendant my card, asked for $ 10, got the card back, and as I drove away realized no gas had been put in the tank (gauge didn’t move) – and assumed he hadn’t run the card (didn’t see a charge on my online account). Went back the next day, got $ 10 gas. Both charges showed up on my card. Very politely requested a refund to the card, and was told by Mel, the owner (who wouldn’t give me his last name) that he could care less if I was his customer, he wasn’t going to give me anything back. He said he owns 3 other stores, but wouldn’t tell me where they were, so I’m avoiding all Shell stations in the Portland area.
