Shave Ice! Li hing mui powder and a snocap! That’s all you need on a hot day. Great flavors and some are homemade. Great service, a little slow but worth the wait.

Delicious shave ice. Pretty good variety of syrup flavors, but excellent toppings. Very authentic. Hours are erratic and changes unannounced – when opening late, when closing early, when taking the day off(except that Tuesday always closed). Coconut shell bowls somewhat awkward to eat out of. Service very friendly if a bit on the slow side.

Delicious shaved ice, I get particularly perturbed when places label their product«hawaiian shaved ice» but don’t include a base of delicious vanilla ice cream, not only does this place have the ice cream option, they also add condensed milk on top. I ordered the cantaloupe and banana cream combo: it was absolute heaven. The best part is Stacy,(I’m presuming): she is super cheery and accommodating! Best lil find in Portland.

Just had a guava shaved ice from here! It comes with sweet condensed milk & a little gummy bear on top! So refreshing on a hot muggy day!

A breakfast favorite! Everything is delicious. Just like you’d have it made at home but with none of the work! Had her weekend special yesterday and it was super tasty. No complaints here!

The cart formerly known as Chili Love has a new name and menu! Stacy’s serves breakfast, including sandwiches, tacos, and granola. I’m a sucker for breakfast carts overall(see The Big Egg and The Egg Carton in PDX; and Yolk’s Breakfast in Vancouver, BC). You can also get her cart-made sausage gravy over white rice and add an egg. For more of a taste of Hawaii, you can get spam at this cart. Woohoo! Menu items here have 60s references or puns. You can customize your order here if you wish. «Outta Sight»($ 5; $ 6 with egg): One of the more popular sandwiches here. Cart-made sausage patty, goat cheese, fig jam(or other seasonal jam), and baby spinach. You can add an egg for $ 1 more. I prefer my egg overeasy so you can see the yolk ooze and drip. Everything worked here. The sweetness from the fig jam and the sausage patty worked well against the goat cheese. Juicy sausage and perfect egg. Woodstock Breakfast Tacos($ 5 no meat; $ 6 with meat): Scrambled eggs, Mexican cheeses, black beans, and bacon with lime, avocado, cilantro, and sour cream. Two tacos, double corn tortillas for each taco. Served with cart-made(mild) salsa! For many people, this should be a filling, yet refreshing start to your day. For those wondering, Stacy still has her superhot peppers from her Chili Love cart. The panda loves that! Head to this food cart!

Yet another cute little food truck in the Tidbit food pod on SE28th. Stacy serves simple but delicious breakfast sandwiches/items out of a vintage white and aqua trailer named Amelia. She told us that she purchased the trailer from a former pilot who named it after Amelia Earhart and kept the name. She also told us that the 65 in the business name(Stacy’s 65) referred to both her and Amelia’s birth year ;) Super friendly and engaging, Stacy proceeded to make us some of the best breakfast sandwiches we’ve tasted. Paul got the«Outta Sight»(homemade maple-pork-apple sausage patty with goat cheese and egg) and I got the«B.A.T. Man»(bacon, avocado, tomato with egg and an amazing homemade pimento cheese spread). It took a little bit as she proceeded to make our breakfast on the griddle, but every minute waiting was worth it! We sat down to eat our sandwiches and they were a bit messy but oh-so-delicious! Grab a few extra napkins and enjoy!!!
