I love this studio and the instructors are wonderful. Just did the ugly sweater class. Thanks Molly for a fun ride.

Woah, I cannot believe it took my this long to try a spin class. I walked into the studio and let the ladies know this was my first ride, ever, and they were all awesome and reassuring. Molly was my instructor and she was AMAZING. I was so inspired to keep going even though I was sweating like I was doing hot yoga. Love that the studio is a no judgement zone, show up and do your best and meet some new friends. Highly recommend for anyone that wants an insane workout that’s fun and invigorating.

I have to give a fair review of Star Cycle. So instead of calling the Cedar Hills Studio I went online and purchased a one time class. ($ 18.00 was the price) Upon arrival I was greeted by the girl at the front desk warmly. I filled out the standard (I will not sue forms) disclaimer but met with a loud Hello from another employee. I looked up but thought to myself that was odd, but anyways.
I then entire the cycle room. Within minutes even before I can get my cleats on the lights went down and that room was black. Pitch black! Except for two candles and the lights that lit our glorious instructor. (I get it, but throw up some dim lights just in case somebody needs something and to watch your class. I feel bad for the two girls in front that had no resistance cause those butt’s were bouncing.)
From here our instructor was on her pedestal giving out instructions that you can barely understand under the thumbing music. Give us a warm up song at least.
I consider myself an experienced cyclist whether it’s on my bike or in a class room, but the unnecessarily moves that our instructor was dishing out was just another rendition of a SoulCycle class. Ineffective to say the least.
So it’s up to you, though I tend to lean towards an instructor that inspires and pushes their students to the brink with proper cueing and proper safe instruction. (It’s about the calorie burn.)
Indoor Cycling is a cardio workout not a workout of how many push-​ups I can do on the bike. But anyways I’ll probably not attend any classes there in the future but I’ll always get on that bike somewhere in town.

StarCycle is AMAZING! I feel like I am part of a community and the instructors rock!!! From the first day when I rode with Ashley to now I always feel motivated and stronger after each ride! It literally is a dance party on a bike! You can’t walk away without being drenched in sweat! Plus it is so close to my place and great times for classes that there are no excuses! Check this place out! Believe me you won’t regret it! Take Ashley or Molly they are AMAZING! They make you part of the StarCycle family instantly!

I’ve been looking for a good cardio alternative to running and I found it at Starcycle! Katie’s class kicked my butt and was so much fun at the same time. I’m not really a spin fan but the loud music and awesome atmosphere makes for a fantastic experience that you don’t get with a traditional spin class. If you’re looking for an awesome class to torch calories and have fun at the same time Starcycle is definitely work checking out!

Whenever I sign up for a group studio class, I am always nervous of the music selection, I can be really picky with work out tunes bc I want something thats going to keep me motivated. Molly and Hunter have the BEST workout playlists and great choreography. They’re so good that I try to specifically sign up when they’re teaching class.

Starcycle is awesome! Gorgeous studio. Clean. Modern. Cozy space for the class. I took Ashley’s class and the music was fun, energetic and her choreography was easy to keep up with (it was my first class).
I’m a transplant from LA and love SoulCycle and this is just as awesome!
Can’t wait for more. What a good workout. 45 mins and drenched in sweat.

Fun fun fun! I mean if being a sweaty mess is your idea of fun ;-) Fabulous super fun atmosphere… music cranking lights down so low it’s just you and your bike. Can’t wait to get totally in the groove of this class. I was super intimated having never done a spin class before but right away the instructors help you set up your bike and get you all settled in for an insane killer workout.
