This is my first Unilocal review, if that says anything.(I was compelled to write one because of the bartender) I’ve been here two times now and both times it has been BUSY but the bartender Jason is a ROCKSTAR! The pool and shuffle board are nice additions. :) … Mixed crowd can be kinda weird, but the service and YUMMY subs make up for any of that. Thank you SSP!!!

It’s a small hole in the wall! They have awesome fried chicken baskets that are so So tender! Food and drinks are very affordable and they give large servings. They also have a whole wall of lottery machines, pool and shuffle board!(Though they could use an extra pool table). Even have kareoke on Saturday nights! Staff are very friendly and it’s right by my house! So we are here frequently :)

The bar was a little crowded. Not because of people, mostly because of awkward table seating. The crowd never seems that friendly but the staff isn’t bad. Would recommend if you’re more the«redneck» type, especially if you are over thirty.(No hate, that just seems to be the crowd.)

This place gets better and better as time goes on. If you wanna low-buck it Hamm’s is always $ 1.25 a pint, they make stiff drinks and the clientele is on the older side with some really interesting regulars. The staff is friendly and pleasure to deal with! good pool table and shuffleboard, cool karaōke dj and some quality

Stopped by this watering hole with a friend to have a few drinks while waiting for traffic to clear out. This place is a standard pub/dive. Nothing too fancy about this place, regarding décor/ambience. Not that its an issue, just an observation. I asked for an IPA when I sat down, I can’t remember what the name was, mainly because it was forgetable. There’s not many beers I say«no» to, but this was nasty. What was cool though, is the bartender picked up on it. Bartender: «Doesn’t look like you’re enjoying that beer…» Me: «I’m not, and I’m sorry, but its horrible» Bartender: «What can I get you instead? I cant blame you, I can’t stand Micro brews» Now I think that’s customer service, and a bartender who knows how to take care of her customers. Although, I do love micro brews… ;) In all I had 1 beer and 2 mixed drinks. Grand total of a whopping $ 7.75! I don’t know if these were HH prices, or standard pricing, but I was stoked none the less. In all, I will give this place 3 stars, a solid 3 stars at that. I won’t make this place a «must go» on a list of places to go on a night out, but I would stop in again for a quick drink while passing the time.

A guy walks into the bar and says«I’ll have a draught». That about sums it up. The bartenders response was«Bud or Coors Light?». Sweet. Dark, gloomy, Nascar playing, people gambling, but not in the fun kind of way(more in the I might see them on Intervention in the future kind of way), alcoholics. Super depressing.
