Subway

I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 salads. Paid 12.50 for the salads. Which did not fill either dish. Not even half way. I told the guy put everything in. He didn’t put in any lettuce of any kind. .They were horrible. He ask if I need a bag. A little hard carrying sandwiches salads. He put the salads in on there sides where they could leak and spill. Not friendly. I want my money back

We frequent this subway because it’s super close to my home and my son loves subway. They are friendly and our sandwiches are always tasty. We find the food and service to be very consistent and we will continue to visit often!

The manager at this subway is horrible. I found a hair in my sub (philly cheese), brought it to the counter to show them and the manager «Tori» told me that it had never happened there before and questioned me! On top of that this Saturday I went to safeway next door to them. As I’m walking in I have to walk through all 5 of the employees and the manager smoking in front of the door. I asked them to please not smoke there as it’s against the law to smoke within 10 feet of the building. Tori responded with «what business is it of yours» and then said «I feel sorry for your child»! OMG… I have never been so offended. I complained to corporate and they had the owner call me. A woman called and claimed to be the owner and then had the same attitude as the manager. Rather than apologizing, she questioned me and hung up.
I will not eat at this subway or any subway for that matter ever again. Boycott Woodstock blvd subway. Terrible manager, terrible person.

My experience there was ok. They were kinda rude when I ask for an extra topping even though I said i’ll pay extra I was told that they can get fired if they do so. Bad service when you try to make your customer feel guilty that they can lose a job for an extra topping.
I told a co-​worker about my experience there and she too had a bad experience there when she sat there with her mom to eat and they were sweeping and mopping the floors when they were eating. This wouldn’t be that bad, but they went between the table were they sat.

I love this Subway!
I used to go to the location at Eastport Village. After my first visit to the Woodstock location, I knew that it would be my new Subway. It’s a little bit farther from my house, but worth the drive.
This is definitely the cleanest Subway on the east side of Portland. I’ve worked in this business for a long time, and whenever I go to a new restaurant, I’m constantly looking around to see how clean things are; the little things, like baseboards, rafters, signage, racks, etc. When a place keeps those things, clean, you better believe everything else is clean too.
Aside from the great cleanliness of the store, the staff is super friendly and outgoing. I’ve seen them address several customers by first name and giving great smiles and greetings. There is an awesome positive feel in the restaurant, and it is now my regular Subway.
