Four stars for a Subway? Well, here yes, the food is standard issue for subway which means good with lots of healthy options. But the fourth star comes from service. The staff may not be as mainstream as you might expect from a Subway, especially one in the West Hills but they are great, friendly, nice people who make this place a four star. Like always with people after a few seconds you forget the look and its about the personality.(Sorry for the rant, it relates to a conversation I had today). They also really seem to care how the sandwich is. On my last visit the guy was making my sandwich and when I added olives at the end he flipped the sandwich around to put them under the cheese so they wouldn’t fall out. Summery come in here the staff will make you glad you did.

The staff is always very friendly! No matter what time of day I have been here they are engaging and do a great job at making a sandwich. Other places just throw the requested ingredients on the bread but here they make sure it’s done well.

This location is walking distance from my apartment and my go-to spot when i’m tired after work and don’t want to cook dinner. #Singlelife The employees are super nice and always hook up the toppings on my sandwich. The parking is a little sketchy, but if the gas station area is full, just pull around the corner and they have a big open lot to use.

Jun showed up just when I was thinking how badly I needed one of their fantastic raspberry and white chocolate cookies and gave us some for free!!! I love this store! All the staff is great!
