You know when you get a late night craving? Well this place won’t satisfy that, they close before 10pm. Their only advantage over anyone(whole foods, any other sandwich shop, which they threw out the door, is convenience. And btw, they leave the door unlocked as they are closing up, only to yell at you that they’re closed.

Yet another subway rant — these subways, i tell you, have got to up there game, as they wont last longer compared to other sandwich shops in town. we’ve been here twice in the last 2 weeks — they missed the target 2 out of 2 times. why is it that Subways owners think they can only hire 1 – 2 people to work the«sandwich station» when there is a line of 5 – 6 people all waiting for a sandwich? do they not realize the fact that these 2 people have to make sandwiches, take their gloves off, ring up the order, wash there hands, then put NEW gloves on and start the process all over again with the next customer in line? Very inefficient use of time and employee’s — why not just hire someone to stay at the register and have a real assembly line going like other subways do? Either way, our most recent experience here left us with a sour attitude after leaving. I dont know whether the owner instructs their employees to not put a lot veggies on the sandwiches, or what, but i had to repeat myself several times to get enough vegetables to make me think this was an actual sandwich. on top of it all, after paying for the sandwich, we didn’t even get a smile or thank you or anything — the cashier just turned around and walked in the back and continued doing what they don’t do best. sorry subway, not working for us right now.

This subway is great! Plus #One: Consistency. Subway is what it is. No surprises, no trying to act like something else. It’s always a safe bet! Plus #Two: Timeliness. I know there have been complaints about the wait, but maybe I’m lucky because I’ve never had any problems, and its conveniently located so I end up going often. I can get my lunch in less than 10 minutes and enjoy the rest of my day — fantastic! They’re so efficient it’s astounding! Plus #Three: Variety. So many options to choose from! There are endless combinations and permutations, it’s great! Plus #Four: The Price is Right. For $ 5, how can you go wrong? The options are reasonably healthy, the ingredients are consistent; you’re really getting your money’s worth, unlike some other restaurants in the area. Plus #Five: Free Cookie Friday. The customer service is so great, they’ll remind you to take your free cookies, even if you forget! Everyone I’ve talked to loves this place for a cheap, quick, reliable, healthy lunch. Much better than the Thai food options in the area. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I found the preparer at this Subway awful. She was very rude and sloppy. It seemed she didn’t like her job. The service was terrible. Won’t ever go back to that Subway.

I love Subway. They are my answer for a quick, healthy low cost lunch. And this place is just a couple blocks from where I live. So why the 1 star… I just came back from a 30+ minute wait for my sandwich. There were about 4 people in front of me ordering about 10 – 15 sandwiches total. And one hard working employee. She hustled like I have seen no one hustle but it’s crazy only having one employee. There is probably a cost of business reason for only having one employee… But here is a cost impact. I will probably not go back there again because I don’t want to wait that long again!!!

This Subway has a huge sign saying they cater for any party. Yesterday, I called and ordered enough food for 50 people. The gal on the phone was helpful but when I went to pick up the order there was a teenager there all alone who had not been properly trained. I felt bad for the kid as the line grew and grew, customers were arriving and then turning around and heading out the door before ordering. He was having lots of trouble figuring out how to ring up my order. Because I had placed the order earlier in the morning, I thought everything would be ready to go and that I could run in and run out with the food. Boy was I wrong. Instead I stood around waiting for the kid to call his supervisor and then discovered that they had screwed up my order. Instead of making cookies for 50 they gave me a platter for 12. I told them to forget about it since they didn’t have time to make more cookies and there would’ve been fist fights if only 12 of the fifty people got to have dessert. It would have been nice if they gave me the extra cookies since they were the ones who screwed up the order but I couldn’t blame the kid working for it since it was obvious he had not been trained enough to be left alone. People liked the sandwiches so I’m giving them one more star, but prior to yesterday, I had avoided corporate chains for many years and now I remember why. I won’t be back.
