Sunglass Hut

Should read ZERO stars. Customer service is awful, the women do not know how to use a computer. They have a 90 return policy that is false. In this store I ha e spent numerous hours of my time there without the salespeople knowing what or how to do anything without a «manager» present. Will NOT go here ever again. I will walk down the street to Nordstrom’s for my sunglasses where customer service is top notch.

I think there is a tractor beam or something supernatural that happens when I walk by this place because I feel powerless to resist walking in.
Once inside I am always greeted by the friendliest of sales folks and oodles of pretty and fashionable sunglasses. I am always encouraged to try on anything that I fancy, which is pretty much the most expensive items which they keep under lock and key. But that is never a problem for them and they open the cases for me with a smile.
Another nice thing these folks do is they always offer to give my sunglasses that I wore into the shop a tuneup and a cleaning. They do this even to sunglasses that I did not buy from them. They are just super nice that way.
I also really appreciate that these folks are always extra nice to me and will offer me a «Friends and Family» coupon whenever one comes available. Those coupons usually offer quite a substantial discount so it’s really great when I get one.
To be perfectly honest with myself, I probably have enough sunglasses. With me it’s more of an addiction. Many years ago I had to wear prescription glasses and I was always so envious of people that could wear any cute sunglasses they wanted. So even though I had my LASIK surgery way back in 1998, I am still hoarding sunglasses.
Because of the great service and selection, I can promise you this: when the time comes for me to add a new pair of sunglasses to my collection, my sunglasses-​hoarding ass is coming here.

The adjustment made to my Rays made them lopsided. I just asked for it to be tighten.

Dropped in the store and was pleased with the wide selection. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy. I ended up getting a nice pair of Persol, Ellen B. made the purchase smooth and quick. She had great customer service skills and she will be my go to person from now on. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product and most importantly the fit! She was patient with me (I can be high Maintanence when it comes to having my glasses fit just right) she was able to customize the fit of the glasses perfectly just for my face. Great style, comfortable fit, and awesome customer service. Great experience. Thanks Ellen!

Brought my pair of $ 200 Ray-​Bans in for an adjustment.
The sole gal behind the counter of this shop (its always empty when I arrive) grabbed them — and with what looked like a special pair of needle nose pliers — «bent» them (the arms at the frame) and center bridge above the nose, to wrap/​curve around my face closer and she did so with ease.
They fit really well now as opposed to the stock adjustment (to wide out across my face and flat).
There’s a Sunglasses Hut in Pioneer Square mall a couple blocks from here. The selection is pretty much the same altho I haven’t really verified this — without having to hassle with the mall rats…
