For my experience with TMobile I can tell anyone, this is the best TMobile you can stop by.

This is the best T-​Mobile store ever! They know us by name, I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad, haha. But they are always on the ball and always want to make things right, even if it isn’t there fault. Love these guys!

My boyfriend and I decided that after being completed bombarded with overage fees from Verizon we needed to switch to another provider. He decided to call into T-​mobile after hearing some positive things about their international plan from someone while we were backpacking through Colombia. He spoke the employee Dane who was nothing short of helpful and patient as he answered all of Corey’s questions. To make a long story short, we decided to make the change to t-​mobile and had a wonderful experience while doing it, specifically because of Dane. He was thorough, attentive, and still managed to compose himself in the most professional way while dealing MULTIPLE issues that arised during the process (due to Verizon). There are multitude of examples that i could give to validate my appreciation I have for everything that he did but I think it’s most appropriate to say, If you go into the store ASK FOR DANE. GUARANTEED TO GIVE YOU THE BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE .
On another note, all the employees there seemed wonderful and helpful. Nothing bad to say about my experience over all.

This T-​Mobile is a fine addition to downtown. As usual, they are partially setup as a retailer and partially setup for customer support. Lots of transit is nearby. There’s so many new gadgets to interact with, making the wait far more bearable.
I went here to activate a nano SIM card when my old SIM card would not fit into my new phone. Waiting took at least five minutes, but an employee eventually walked into help me and gather the concerns of another customer into a note on a tablet. Although I had to bring a relative later on at a different location in order to activate the phone due to me not yet being an authorized user on their account, the processed was simplified and thus easy to initiate later on. The staff member waited patiently as I moved different components across the table in a span of several minutes.

I have a few issues with this store.
1. It’s terribly small and the wait times are always ridiculous!
2. Because it’s so small, there’s never any place to sit and wait (one tiny bench that would fit two people). AT&T does this WAY better.
3. The employees who smoke do so right in front of the store then throw their cigarette butts on the sidewalk and street. That’s disgusting! Give yourselves cancer around the corner and use a damn trash can when you’re done.

In my original review I thought the service I received was enough to bring me back, so today I returned and bought a phone. I was helped by Matt G. He was just great and walked me through the whole process. He’s very personable and explained everything to me. I’m very happy with my new phone and with my service through T-​Mobile. Once again, I will return and recommend this store to anyone needing a new phone.

Trying to get signed up with a phone with T-​Mobile has been the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a service provider. I’ve talked to them in person at this location, or on the phone with a rep, at least 6 times over the last 3 – 4 weeks and I’m still trying to get a phone. They couldn’t help me with an unlocked phone, they couldn’t sell me a certified pre-​owned phone, and now they claim after all this that I’m not on the account, so they can’t get me into a brand new phone even though they placed two other transactions with me that they just couldn’t fill because it was supposedly back-​ordered. And then they treat me like I’m the a$$hole. This is a fool’s errand.

Since phone companies usually get a pretty bad rap, I was expecting an average experience at this shop. Even though there was a line, it moved quickly and Eran and Tyler (I think) were SUPER helpful, and they kept helping me even after they closed and started to lock up the store.
It was looking like I had to order a SIM card online for my prepaid plan, but Eran came up with a genius idea and was able to set my phone up then and there! And she did it while smiling the whole time! I can’t even begin to imagine what my experience would have been like had I attempted to set up an account with T-​Mobile back home in NYC…
I can’t stress enough how pleasant of an experience I had here. Go!

The place was busy and short staffed but the crew were all smiles and doing their best giving the best service in spite of the onlookers who were patiently waiting their turn.
I picked up my SIM card for my unlocked phone to avoid the dreadful roaming fees from my home Canadian carrier once and for all. For $ 3/​day unlimited talk, text and data, how can you go wrong!

Get help from KYRIE (means MERCY in Latin, and she lives it!)
My brother and I went to the downtown T-​Mobile on a Saturday afternoon. It was busy, and one guy even asked to «jump the queue since he had someone waiting.» Okay. So when we got to the front of the line, we got Kyrie, and she was amazing. We are bottom feeders these day… we wanted to get the cheapest little phone in the store. That being said, Kyrie gave us A-​1 First Class Treatment the entire time we were with here. She explained Everything, patiently, at least twice, and helped us understand the difference between the two brands we could choose from. She was patient, kind, informative, funny, personable, and just a lovely person to boot. She put the SERVICE in Customer Service. Thank you!

Hands down, I got the the best customer service that I ever experienced in a T-​mobile store. I simply went in there hoping to update my plan to include data because I received a free Blackberry from a friend. I was informed by a Eran (the fantabulous worker), about all of my options with the data plan. She initially pulled out just the typical data sheets, but when I looked confused, she broke it all down for me. She even looked at my usage and told me what could possibly work if I upgraded my phone because of some of the limitations with the Blackberry.
She then told me that I actually qualified for an upgrade and told me of an equally fantabulous sale that would be occurring over the weekend that would make an upgrade worth it. She showed me some of the smart phones that were most popular and had some of the features I was interested in.
APPS!!! I will finally get to use APPS!!! You are mine Angry Birds and the one where you push someone down the stairs using their FB profile photo. Eternal distraction is at my fingertips.
Additionally, she gave me a website where I could go and look up user reviews of the phone. Really, all I want to do is take random photos to post to my FB page and send to my email and catch my (self) and friends doing embarrassing things on vid. I think I know which phone to get now and where to go to get it. Bangin’!

I just got my new phone, impulse buy that I’ll soon regret or great deal?
I went to T-​Mobile just to check out a new phone to replace my brick from last century and ended up walking out with a new phone.
They were having a buy one get one free special, I wasn’t suppose to get two of the newest smart phone that just came out. I could have gotten a different smart phone – but as I wasn’t a current T-​Mobile and the S.O. was so he was willing to give us two of the latest phones. He also got my S.O. a slight discount for customer loyalty on the monthly data plan since he said that I couldn’t get the same data plan and would have to pay $ 5 or $ 10 more. He suggested that we call the customer line because customers have more pull than corporate – I guess because we can (like I’m doing to Verizon) just jump ship.

Ok, so Canadian mobile carriers royally rip us off when visiting the States. Royally! So I decided to take the advice of some folks and get a local sim card in the States for my trips down. I checked around and it seemed that T-​mobile had the best pre-​paid plan that would work well for occasional use.
I had expected a bit of a hassle getting set up, not having a US address, etc.
But walked into this store, got my pre-​paid sim, got it activated in the store, got a bonus credit from a very kind saleswoman, and was on my way in a grand total of about 7 minutes.
When she realized I was from Vancouver, she even said, «Would you like a Vancouver number?»
I had the «Huh?» reaction thinking what on earth does she mean? I asked, and she said I could have a number from Vancouver.
My thought: «Vancouver is international — how the heck are you going to do that?»
But I said, «Um…Sure. That sounds great.»
She proceeded to give me a «Vancouver» number. Turns out she meant Vancouver, Washington! Duh!
But hey, this is such a nice deal compared to my previous solution for roaming in the States, and they didn’t give me any hassle at all about not being local.
Yeah!

Thank you, T-​mobile for the awesome Portland Trail Blazers vs Houston Rockets game viewing party. I was so excited that I could be so close to the giant screen just because I have a T-​mobile phone.
You spoiled your customers in the VIP area with Elephant Delicatessen’s sandwiches, sodas, snacks, energy drinks, glow in the dark sticks, and awesome service from your T-​mobile ladies. I applauded you for caring about your customers and now we know, you know how to party.
