Can’t recommend based on tacos, both lengua and pastor. Lengua was tender but flavorless, like it was steamed, plain. Al pastor was bizarre, almost guisado in style, sweet and greasy, unpleasant, and had bagged shredded cheddar on it, not a sprinkling of queso fresco, or none at all. Everyone I’ve seen stepping up has ordered a burrito or quesadilla. Super friendly guy at the window, getting an A-OK, but skip what I ordered.

The sopes are delicious. And if you request it they will cook it without deep frying. Which to me means i wont have stomache pains. They make chillis torreados if you request and the salsa is good.also. the owners are firendly and personable and prices are not to high.

This is the best taco truck in the entire city, hands down. I’ve been a customer for years and even after I moved out of the area, I still come back to visit. Their Carnitas Burrito is my go-to hangover cure. The owner is friendly and accommodating. If you haven’t tried them yet, do it!

carne asada burrito was just ok. not great but not terrible either. don’t like the salsa much, lots of kick but not much flavor.

I’ve been a regular customer at a few of the other carts in this pod and kept meaning to try Los Arcos’ tacos. Finally did today and they were absolutely delicious — will definitely be coming back for more!

New owner took over, Polo and his wife Rocio. Very great couple with their trademark tacos. Very creative and delicious!

Let’s get down to it. I went to Los Arcos. Got the egg chorizo burrito. I wasn’t impressed. I also got another reg burrito, but it didn’t have 3 of the items listed. The burritos are large for the price, and are good, but they need better chorizo. I’ll give them another chance when I happen by, but with Aprisa by my place, it may be awhile.

This is a tough one, admittedly I am a newbie to the food cart scene and we were looking for a place to eat and I saw that there was a little pavilion with sort of food cars they were more like food shacks. We pulled in and debated which one to go to finally deciding on Taqueria Los Arcos. I thought the prices were great, $ 6.00 for a full lunch and a drink. And if we’re comparing it to taco bell it gets major thumbs up. That said, I wasn’t hugely impressed by the flavors. I had the chile relleno with beans and rice. At first I wasn’t sure about vegetarian options but after ordering I did see in small print at the bottom of the sign that all options were available vegetarian. The chile relleno was… okay. It wasn’t evenly cooked and there was a really hard chunk of breading on one section. I think the entire«fried» aspect was probably not the best choice for this food cart and I may have enjoyed it more if I’d stuck to something more fresh. My dining partner got a single taco and was very happy with it. I tried two of the three sauces and wasn’t blown away by either one. Great value, decent food, could use a little more pizazz but for a basic Mexican food meal it’s pretty good.

By far my favorite cart in pdx. Love the food. Love the people. Filling portions. Cheap eats. What more could a girl ask for?

I went here because someone recommended it and said it was the best Mexican food he’s ever had. It was good but definitely not the best. The helpings were marginally generous and it definitely looked like some care was put into it. But taste wise… it was just good. Next time I’m planning on trying the other Mexican food cart across the parking lot.

Totally decent burrito place. I got a chicken burrito. It was nothing amazing but pretty darn decent. It had plenty of good stuff and was reasonably priced.

I ordered two tacos. One Azada(Beef Steak) and one Carnitas. Both were tasty. I am use to just cilantro/onions on a taco-this came with sour cream and cheese. American style? Who knows. I got all three hot sauces, and the yellow kind(tasted fruity at first) was HOTHOTHOT! $ 1.50 Per Taco. Not too bad at all! The service was good and the owner let me move the table into the sun. Damn I’m white.
