The Oregon Clinic Urology

I can’t believe someone rated this one star. Dr Menashe here is an *amazing* provider. He called me personally over the weekend, after an ED visit to let me know I would need surgery (I was instructed to call the office Monday to schedule), and scheduled me himself for Monday. Zero complications or issues with the procedures, whenever I had questions and needed to call his office (thinking an MA would call me back), he’s called me himself. The staff at his office had been incredible and super helpful, he has treated me like I actually matter. Great experience, and would highly recommend him and this office.

My husband showed up 20 minutes early for his appointment with Dr. Lance Marr and was taken back to an exam room 10 minutes early. He waited in the exam room for 45 minutes and finally left without seeing the doctor. During this time he could hear Dr. Marr (whom he had seen before) make several phone calls from the next room. At no time during the 45 minutes did anyone enter the exam to the room to explain that the doctor would be delayed or to apologize for the delay. This is not to diminish the importance of the doctor’s phone calls, but what was overheard (!) did not sound urgent, and regardless of the seriousness of the calls, there should have been some gesture made to clarify the reason for the delay.
In fairness to the doctor, it is possible that he was not notified that a patient was waiting. Whatever the reason, the staff handled it very unprofessionally. If you are looking for a urologist, I suggest you look elsewhere.
