This is an event space with a few creative offices. It would be similar to Union Pine and the owners know each other. Tillamook Station has one step up and one step down by the main door and flat floor access by the main roll up door, so not vertically challenging as is Union Pine. They have a small bar, some fine taps, wine and clean new bathrooms. Event I attended was creative crowd.
Tillamook Station is a clean raw space for event rentals close to max and with street parking in a hidden industrial area.
